From the lightest instrument on the field, literally, to ONE of the heaviest. Not only that, no one but one person actually played baritone. Mostly clarinet players, (you know those claritone players) , there were only six of us, and NOT ONLY THAT, we were all girls.
So yeah. Anyway. To the point. Flute/Piccolo is my MAIN instrument. And I've only played Baritone for the marching season of my senior year.
So is it bad that I like Baritone better than flute/piccolo? xd

Woah!
That's just like me! (I switched from flute to baritone)
I like both instruments that same, although baritone's fun since:
A) I get to blast my notes in one of my pieces
B) It's easy to learn trombone and tuba after playing baritone
I still love flute, though heart

w00t for woodwind brasses!!
I learned trumpet for jazz band, but I have to say I still like flute and piccolo better. Of course, part of that might be that I'm really bad on trumpet but really good on piccolo... I'm the 'principle picc!'
If you like baritone better, I SUPPOSE that's okay, though as a crazy flute I must ask HOW COULD YOU? xd I'm kidding, it's good to learn new instruments and if you find the one you're better suited for, that's great! We had a clarinet switch to trumpet a few years ago and she absolutely loved it.

There's nothing wrong with liking a different instrument than what you started on, especially if they're lower and therefore prettier. mrgreen
