PRP between Kesmi and Cyzzane It had been a nerve wracking few days after she had finally gotten though the thick skull of a stallion. It seemed that his bubble her finally been popped and she was able to get herself closer to him. So now, Wica found herself exhausted and worn down. Laying beneath a tree out in the middle of a meadow she tried getting comfortable.
Impossible. Standing finally Wica felt that there were still things she hadn't told anyone. Then again, there were only two that knew of her close encounter and it was starting to drive her crazy that she just wanted to scream. Letting her long tail twitch Wica shook what needles were stuck to her coat away, her head hanging just a bit.
"As if someone were going to believe me anyways." She muttered thinking that maybe there would be someone out there she could just talk to. Someone she could run to if she had to without hurting anyone. Just plainly ANYONE! "Maybe I could look, can only get laughed at..." she mused lifting her head a little and stepping back out into the light, letting it reflect off her wings as she sought out someone to talk to.

Shilah trotted around the forest humming a tune and generally displaying good spirits. He'd had an overall good day, from his early morning run with his two-legger to the sunset trot through the forest in search of his favorite spot to daydream the afternoon away. He was in search of a lazy ending to a superb day. Although he stopped short with a snort when a frustrated whinny broke the tranquil silence around him. "Or not then." he says setting off in the direction of the shout. His newly trimmed tail swishing merrily as he continues humming. Approaching a clearing, his hoofbeats muffled by the pine needles he stops and calls out to the flash of purple and blue that caught his eye ," Why hallo there Duckie.". Appraising the mare in front of him he shook his short mane and narrows his eyes and smiles warmly at the - by his eyes - younger mare. "What's the fuss kiddo?", he asks with a curious lilt.

Listing her head up, the soft, muffled hoof steps of another approaching her, Wica shuffled a little letting her wings unfold themselves from her sides, liquid gold eyes glancing around the open. Only when she noticed the stallion coming her way she let her head tilt to one side. She was indeed younger then the stallion, perhaps still a bit shorter then the older mare like her mother and grandmother.
Her dark ears twitched and perched themselves upon the top of her head as he spoke. Wica watched the stallion closely, noting his short tail, really short, shorter then her ground dragging on she got from her father's side of the family. It was only his question that snapped her out of her silence, what was the fuss? A lot was the fuss, but she didn't think she could burden this stallion with it.
"Nothing." She said trying to hide everything with a somewhat forced smile. "Oh who am I kidding." She sighed moments later. "You wouldn't believe me if I told you what the fuss was about." Shaking her head she looked back to ward him. "My name's Wicapi Wakan, just so you don't have to ask." She tried to laugh, but her mind was in shambles, just one large mess!

Shilah flicked his ears in surprise and shuffles forward. "Hey now. Nothing is as bad as all that Duckie." he says softly though mentally acknowledging her name though thinking he liked his own nickname for her better. "Well Duckie you're not kidding me or yourself. You're in a fuss and maybe I won't believe you... but maybe I will believe you and I think you'd be better off telling someone."
Shivering at her laugh he gives her a measuring look and walks closer, giving her the horse equivilent of a hug and steering her back towards the tree. "Now why don't you tell me. I'm Shilah and I don't mind lending an ear and a shoulder." he says with a cocky grin, his own stubborn and charming nature making him seem slightly brash sometimes but genuinely caring.

Ears twitching at the new nickname, Wica wasn't too sure what this one was getting at. Was he calling her that just because she had wings? Or was there a different meaning behind it? She could only wonder, she wondered about a lot of things, being she wanted to know everything around her besides getting to know herself and her own limits. Accepting the 'hug' and being turned back toward the tree she had started out at, Wica hung her head some.
"My mind seems to be just one great big mess." She started shuffling her wings a little. "Before now, I didn't think anyone would really like me for who I was, then I meet a stallion who's personal bubble of sorts kept him blind of what was out there..." She had to pause for a moment as she thought of Axel. "Though now he's come to tell me that he does like me, that he never wants me to leave his sights. Then..." Another pause. "There was the accident with the skinwalker." She barely whispered this as she shivered, her mind reeling back to that night she nearly was killed.
"I fear now that someone haunts me every night and I've forced myself to try and be a night owl, worse then I had been before. Axel seemed to laugh at me before, but I don't know if he would now. I'm just so confused. So many emotions running this way and that and I don't know myself anymore..." she stopped finally thinking that, maybe she had just said too much, but she had to tell someone, someone that wasn't her family at least.

Shilah twitched his ears and flickers his eyebrows, leaning across the distance to wuffle the other horse. "Hey now. Still sounds like everything isn't as bad as it could be now." playfully dancing a few steps backwards he smiles broadly and invites, "Lets start this from the beginning properly Duckie. I think the first thing to explain is why you thought nobody would love you for who you are."
Taking a few steps back, he whinnies appreciatively and suggestively, playfully in a very nonserious way ogles her, " Ya look just fine to me." he winks and adds, " then we can move forward and talk about yer bubble boy... Axel is it?" wrinkling his nose he seems to stop and ponder before adding, "Yeah. Skinwalkers are a nasty bunch. We'll have a chat about that too. Only way to sort yourself out is to start at the beginning and... I'm here to help! Always willing to lend an ear and shoulder Duckie."
With a smile he paws the ground and raises an eyebrow," So lets get this started. Begin at the beginning Wicapi Wakan and we'll have this solved soon enough."

Wica flinched at the calling of her full name, she should have been used to it, but she had always been called Wica unless she was in trouble with her parents. Was she in trouble this time? She must have been with how he was speaking, gentle at best, but there were always the under tones. Letting herself just lay within the needles beneath tree. Her ears back against her skull as she tried to think of how to put everything, start from the beginning she had been told. She could do that... She hoped.
"I just didn't think anyone would like me because of how I looked. If you haven't noticed, I kinda look thrown together of various colors from my parents." She began watching the stallion from the corner of her eye. "A while ago when I was little, I had met a colt who thought I looked like a sunset over a desert, but I don't know about that now."
Shrugging gently her dark ears perched themselves back in place as she was in tuned to wanting to listen. Her liquid cold eyes watching him, making sure that it was the right thing to tell him everything. He seemed kind enough, almost like a brother she never had... Even if she had just met him of course.
