Well hello everyone- this your weird admiral now i been wondering whats its going now these days. NOw what am about to mention in this page might be Offensive but truly what do you guys think of the subject Yaoi?
Quote: The English letters form an acronym of the Japanese phrase 「ヤマなし、オチなし、意味なし」 (yama nashi, ochi nashi, imi nashi), often translated into English as, "no climax, no resolution, no meaning,"[1] or as the catchphrase, "No peak, no point, no problem." However the term is not always used that way. The term appears to have been originally used in Japan, perhaps as early as the 1970s, to describe any doujinshi that was a bizarre, playful parody; however, it has come to refer solely to s*****y explicit male-male homo***** material. Yaoi is not a common term in Japanese; it is specific to the otaku subculture.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yaoi
NOw back to the Subject what do you guys think Yaoi its to you guys what why do you Agree or Dissagree on this subject?
Althought there are some boy an girls who would most likely like Boy's Love in manga or anime series.
Now we can talk about it or simply ignore the subject but i wanted to know what you guys think of this subject?
~Rules Please Remmbe this Subject its just a suggestions. No Cuzzing. No Used of "S" Word its prohivited or "W" No Flawing me.
NO OFFLine Offensive words or thoughts"
PLeae bahave in Orderly Manner. Violencions of any kinds will actomatily Will remove this post.
If you guys Dont like what you Read or see Please Select POll. To be Remove.

Doujinshi
Typical yaoi doujinshi features male-male pairings from non-romantic, published manga and anime. Much of the material derives from male-oriented shōnen and seinen works which contained male-male relationships and are perceived by fans to imply homo*****l attraction. However, yaoi fans may ship any male-male pairing from published manga and anime. Crack pairings and crossovers often feature impossible or improbable romantic couples.
Though collectors often focus on doujinshi based on particular manga, any male character may become the subject of a yaoi doujinshi, even characters from non-manga titles such as Harry Potter and Pirates of the Caribbean. Video games have also been a target, including titles like Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy.
Most doujinshi is created by amateurs who often work in "circles"; for example, the group CLAMP began as an amateur doujinshi circle. However, some professional artists, such as Kodaka Kazuma and Maki Murakami, create doujinshi as well.
Yaoi fanon is common; some authors even create separate sub-universes in their stories and doujinshi. In some cases, these sub-universes, called "AUs" or "Alternate Universes," gain their own fan bases in which they may be more popular than the original series.

In part these are Some of Altenative Universes a Freind of mine its addited to this an sometime i been sharing ideas as well. Althought am Not attracted to what i see in real life. I like reading manga, but some stories I dont dare to read just yet.
DEAD note YAOI! Well thats something i dont see everyday. This was also announce at the anime convention center it was really popular everyone I mean everyone love this anime an manga i was also addicted an yea..
I mean the reading of Dead Note was very good, but some girls at the anime con I meet were into that kind of level.
There are some girls on gaia that might like the idea, which its too see their favorite manga male carathers been in love.
Artis who drew them are really theng good making them look like hell of attractive I evey these picture because in real life you dont see alot people like anime or manga carathers.

I don't mind yaoi either~! 3nodding and yuri too. only, I'm more of a yaoi fangirl xd 3nodding
But I still like normal guy-girl pairings. 3nodding
A lot of people are sometimes just... so... rolleyes ...so.... immature about it I guess.
it's irritating to debate about yaoi (or yuri~) if someone who just keeps on going all "EWWW" about it if they don't even keep an open mind on it. neutral
and my school is stupid. and is H-bent on turning us all into mindless, stupid sheep too.
apparently, "Anything that is forbidden by the church is.. is nonsense!" quote, unquote, from my favorite //sarcasm// english teacher. who, by the way, has bad grammar. >.<
(and she just said it today, actually. sometime between 12:50-1:50 in our time rofl )
I go to a Catholic school and they're all a bunch of prudes xd rofl

Yaoi fangirl here too! 3nodding Honestly, I like all kinds of pairings. rofl but anywayyyy...
I agree with what Nui said, yaoi/yuri isn't really bad, as long as there's control over matters. And it doesn't always mean there's mature scenes and what not, it can also mean something about relationships, emotions and etc.
Sometimes things just have to be seen another way around to understand th real point of something. Maybe that's why yaoi is sometimes misunderstood... crying

And maybe because for some reason all the yuri/yaoi pairs look more bound to each other then the usual pairings. But that's just my opinion... Then about the catholic school. Religion forever and ever will go against any same sex relationship. Is a concept that the majority of the people don't understand. In general humans reject what they don't understand, from here all the hatred. Also there's a part that is just simple jealous on somebody else happiness. I know it sounds silly but I experienced that myself, being hated just because I was happy... But this is another matter smile Yaoi & Yuri are harmless. I don't think they can influence somebody's sexual life or orientation. You can't turn gay because you watch yaoi & yuri. Did you ever heard of any gay couple turning straigh after watchin'... donno... Tsubasa Chronicles or any other anime with only straight couples? niu shen: thank you smile

Kyaha.<3 I think yaoi//shounen ai's fine. It's cute. And sometimes the storylines are better than non yaoi//yuri ones. Just my personal opinion.<3
There are alot of Yaoi//Yuri fans on Gaia too. Take a look at the RP forums.
