Be an example to your men, in your duty and in private life. Never spare yourself, and let the troops see that you don't in your endurance of fatigue and privation.
Carey did a good job as the Riddler, but he would have been better as the Joker. The Joker was known for excessive silliness and practical jokes much like Carey's style while the Riddler was more serious and preferred mind games over giving someone a hot foot.
Always be tactful and well-mannered and teach your subordinates to do the same. Avoid excessive sharpness or harshness of voice, which usually indicates the man who has shortcomings of his own to hide.

They're basing this Joker off of the early joker, who wasn't very funny at all. He was more of a psychotic clown than a funny guy. dramallama
