Leader:
S/He is the one who gives commands to where to strike next and how hard to strike. Gives commands on which elemants of griffins to breed and how many are needed. S/He has 3 minor leaders who help him keep track of his/her organization

They are the 3 helpers for which help the leader. One takes care of the breeding one the attacks and one for minor problems

They are the ones who train teh griffins for battle with humans on their backs and who train them to use bits and sadles. They also train the humans how to ride and fight on teh griffins

Raider's soilders:
They are the ones who take orders from the raiders on what to do during a raid (if you are one of these you are about 10-15 people during a raid but one during normal time)
