I'm new to Wicca, and a book I recently purchased said something about oils... does anyone have any recipes for some oils?

There are some recipies at the following sites: http://www.joellessacredgrove.com/Herbs/baths.html http://www.aromaweb.com/recipes/default.asp#Emotional
I also subscribe to a newsletter that has lots of recipies...here are a few of them:
JOY A relaxing yet uplifting blend. Orange 3 drops Cedarwood 3 drops Add this to 1 Tablespoon of unscented lotion or base oil such as sweet almond oil.
ROSEMARY In the morning if you're feeling a bit sluggish try 1 or 2 drops of Rosemary with 1 drop of Lemon in a dash of carrier oil or lotion. Rub this between your palms and take a long deep breath. This combination would also be great in a diffuser.
NECK WRAP
This is helpful for a stiff neck . 2 drops Lavender essential oil 2 drops Bergamot essential oil 1 drop Tea Tree essential oil 2 Cups hot water Mix together. While still warm, soak a soft cloth, flannel is best, in the water and wring it out.Wrap it around the neck. Cover with a towel to hold in the heat. Remove before it becomes cold. Repeat as desired.

Awesome! Now, where may I find these oils? Like lavender oil, or bergamot?

Depending on where you live, you can find them at Natural Health stores or if you live near a Whole Foods, they have a selection of the more popular ones. I ususally get most of mine online. Here are a few links to some online stores:

Just an extra thing to add: be careful with essential oils. Do some basic research about them (check aromatherapy books) first before using them. Some of them can irritate the skin or should NEVER be taken internally. Safety first!
