Description
Kevin is a member of the Raccoon City Police. Rumor has it, he interviewed for a position with S.T.A.R.S. but was turned down, mainly because of his happy-go-lucky attitiude. He has superior athetic abilities and is an outstanding marksman. A good fellow all-around, he's also a dyed-in-the-wool optimist who doesn't dwell on small things.
Biography
Kevin is a surviving member of the Raccoon Police Department (R.P.D.). He has the skills required for law enforcement and wished to be a special tactics team member. He tried but failed the interview to join the R.P.D.'s S.T.A.R.S. special forces team earlier in the year. He's described as being very brave in all situations.
Special Actions
Kick razz ress the X button while pressing the R1 button to unleash a violent kick that makes the enemy wobble about. Compared to the tackle this kick can be dealt much quicker.
Taking pot shots: Press the R1 buttons continuously and after your stance has changed press the square button. This specific action can only be seen when Kevin is equipped with his pistol. When he takes aim and fires the enemy will sustain greater damage.
