Amegakure iis a small, yet highly industrialized hidden village located in an unnamed country. Its architecture is composed of several metallic skyscrapers with rowed ducts connected to them and mazy power lines surmounting. A number of smaller villages also surround Amegakure. As its name suggests, it rains almost constantly due to a storm above the village. [Each color represents the clan, and it's Clan Techniques indicated using that color.]
Murasame Clan - Are well known for using their special wire that is used to bind their opponent. But if the opponent tries to break free physically the wire will cut through their body causing great damage.
Gami Clan - Member of this clan have a natural talent for origami. The clan has created a unique transformation technique which can turn their entire body and clothing into thousands of sheets of paper, which can be controlled at will and form into any shape.
Fuka Clan - The Fuka clan can suck the chakra of others through a kiss, which could explain elemental affinity for all five. When absorbing the chakra from the victim, gaining all of their techniques and their chakra elements granting even more power.

Lit Apparition Technique - 800 Skill Points - A ninjutsu technique created by Pain and used by Akatsuki to gather at one location, even while members are in different parts of the world. Sealing Technique Absorption Seal - 1500 Skill Points - A sealing jutsu technique used to absorb the substance of incoming attacks. This seal will absorb both plain chakra and elemental attacks. He does this by reversing his chakra flow to draw the external attack deep within the body and nullify it.(Akatsuki Technique)
Chibaku Tensei- 1700 Skill Points- is a Ninjutsu used by the Deva Realm Pain. Utilizing a form of his attract and repulsion force, Deva will create a compressed dark sphere which can draw in surrounding matter as a massive source of gravity. By launching the sphere into the air, it will begin to draw in the surrounding area, including both rock and natural matter (Akatsuki Technique)
Banshou Tenin-2100 Skill Points- ]is a Ninjutsu used by the Deva Realm Pain. This ability allows Pain to manipulate external objects through an invisible force that emanates from the center of his body. This force allows Deva to attract and draw in objects or opponents. The force requires a short interval to recharge. To utilize the technique, Deva will raise one of his arms, which will send out the attraction force. If the person drawn in is able to anchor themselves to a nearby object, they can counteract the force. This can be overwhelmed though by a stronger pull. Akatsuki technique

Paper Style: Walking on Air - 1,000 Skill Points - Using this technique, the Gami clan member can cause pieces of paper to float above the ground, like floating tiles using their chakra to levitate them. Paper Style: Paper Form - 1,500 Skill Points - Using this technique, the Gami clan member is able to turn their body into many sheets of paper. The user is able to peel paper away from their skin, and use it to attack their opponents. In this form, the user is able to be resistant to Taijutsu and Kenjutsu (including Kaguya Bone), but makes them seceptable to fire and water. This form also lets the user 'dodge' easier. Luckily for the Gami clan, they can deconstruct and reconstruct their body with paper that they can control with their minds. (Must know Paper Style)
Paper Style: Paper Wings - 900 Skill Points - With this technique, the Gami clan member uses the Paper Form to create Wings made of Paper, which they can use to fly, and even attack with wind or directly force with razor sharp wings. (Must know Paper Style)
Paper Style: Papercut Massacre - 1,500 Skill Points Using this technique, the Gami clan member will crumple a piece of paper together with an 'explosion' kanji on it. When the ball is through, and upon the katsu release, the ball will explode, but with paper sent flying in every direction like razor sharp squares flying around the battlefield. These pieces of paper are as sharp as swords and can cause deep gashes in human flesh. (Must know Paper Style)
Paper Style: Vanishing Paper Technique - 2,000 Skill Points - Using this technique, the Gami clan member is much like the Sannin, Orochimaru. The user will sit cross legged in front of a dead body, and make a single handseal. Paper will then cover the body and her, and transfer their appearances. This is a very good jutsu for feinting dead, and interrogation missions by acting as a member of an organization or clan you need intel from. (Must know Paper Style)
Paper Style: God's Divine Strike - 2,500 Skill Points - With this technique, the Gami clan member will form pieces of paper that into various straight swords, without the hilt or guard, using only handseals. Once they have a large number of them flying around they will have them come crashing down at the enemy ready to penetrate every inch of their body. (Must know Paper Style)
Paper Style: Sword of Heaven - 3,000 Skill Points - Using this technique, the Gami clan member will have paper form into a straight sword about three and a half feet long. This sword is razor sharp, and because it's made of paper can disassemble and reassemble at the users will, as well as growing and shrinking by adding or subtracting paper. (Must know Paper Style)
Kami no Shisha no Jutsu-3500 Skill Points-is a Ninjutsu used by Akatsuki member Konan, which is known as her ultimate jutsu. Konan first creates a lake of six hundred billion explosive tags, enough to generate ten minutes of non-stop explosions. She will then lure her opponent near the body of water and using her ability to manipulate paper, she will split the sea of tags in two. These waves of tags will then rise above her target to prevent escape.(Must Know Paper Style)

Suichi then stood up and jumped from the boat and onto dry land he heard some comotion to the left of him, being himself he slowly walked over into the foliage, he then seen a man and two others Suichi then seen the man hold his hand out toward a small pond near them and call an orb of water from the pond then extend it making it into a whip. Suichi then smiled seeing the chance to learn a technique opened his eyes wider, studying his handseals making note of the movement of chakra he used. Suichi then walked back to his boat and sat down, going over the handseals one last time in his head.

Suichi then performed the handseals and began focussing on the water, using his chakra to bring an unsteady wobbling ball of water toward him. Suichi then brought it into his palm, the water then released and fell into his hands, he then wiped the water off and started again, focussing his chakra on the water bringing out of the water and towards his hands, the blob of water had made it to his this time and Suichi began shaping it, elongating it so that it was more staff like, he then grabbed it with his right hand causing it to collasp back into water.

Suichi had grown overwhelmingly frustrated, this time he fully extended his arms and tensed his muscles and focussed half of his chakra on the water pulling a perfect orb of water from infront of him then then grabbed it with his right hand and wipped it around elongating it he then practiced snapping it.

Suichi then released his chakra causing the whip to return to normal water. Suichi then performed several handseals and once this time drew the orb more quickly drawing it into his right hand then flinging it back and forth transforming it into a whip. Suichi then dismissed it and sat down

Suichi then saw two people fighting, a boy and a girl, The boy had created his whip of water and smacked the girl sending her into the tree next to Suichi, She then grabbed his collar and brought him down near her head, she then forced a bottle of strange blue liquid and told him to run. Suichi put in his his pouch and then took the cork of his gourd, he then performed several handseals, then held his hands directly out infront of him. A small column of water rose from his gourd and then began circling infront of him, Suichi then launched the water explosion at the man, then took off in the other direction.

Suichi slowly walked through town up to the large manor on the Hill, He walked through the giant doors and passed several tall guards, down a long hallway and thorugh two big doors to have finally reached Shibuki who was sitting at her desk, writing something on a peice of paper to busy to look up and see Suichi. Suichi then smirked.
"Miss me?" He said casually
Shibuki's eyes darted up to Suichi's as the two stared at ecahother for what seemed like hours before long Suichi broke the silence.
"Well I held up My end of the deal" He said, Tossing the water onto the stack of papers on her desk.
Suichi then turned to walk out the door, when he felt the wind break behind him, he quickly turned around and held up hsi right hand catching the scroll that was thrown at him.
"There's mine" Shibuki said with a light smile, Suichi then turned arounad and headed out of the manor towards the docks to begin learning his new found techniques. Suichi casually walked through town with a smirk on his face, happy to have seen Shibuki again after all those months. Suichi then sat down on the ground on th ewooden planks of the docks and unravelled the scroll holding it up to the sunlight. Suichi then read the first technique aloud.
"Sword of draining" He said before re-ravelling the scroll and tossin it to the side, Suichi then held his right hand out infront of him, palm up, Suichi then cracked his knuckles and began moving his hand back and forth focussing chakra into it form the tenketsu in his palm and wrist. Suichi then formed several handseals, then whipped his hand up behind his back over his gourd then back down infront of him causing a small stream of water to follow his hand then splash onto the ground. Suichi then started fresh as he placed his right hand out infront of him, wiggling his fingers slowly, then releasing chakra from tenketsu his and focussing it on his hand, he then formed several handseals and whipped his and above his head, slightly bent behind his back as he drew a quick strip of water out of his gourd focussing it into an orb in his hand. Suichi then squeezed his fist causing the Water to elongate forming a long, blade, Suichi then released his palm, causing the water to fall to the ground.

Suichi then rested his right wrist in his left palm and closed his eyes, the breeze blew his ponytail back and forth acrossed his neck, and the smell of saltwater was in the air. Suichi then looked down at his hand, focussing his full attention on it as he began releasing a small blue chakra arounf his palm, Suichi then released more chakra, feeling it escape from his tenketsu, He then cracked each finger on his hand slowly and began wiggling his fingers back andforth to get them limber, before long two blue rings of chakra were floatong around Suichi's hand causing his clothes to slightly flutter in the wind it stirred up. Suichi then formed several handseals, mentally naming them in his mind as he went along with it.
"Ox, Boar, Serpent, Bird, Hare" Suichi said in a low mumble.
Suichi then raised his right hand up into the air over his left shoulder calling a quick streaming line of water out of his gourd, then whipping his hand back down infront of him watching as the water folloed in a direct path stoppong infront of his palm forming a small orb, Suichi then grabbed the orb squeezing it, watching it as it elongated into a long blade of water. Suichi smiled as he felt his chakra flow through the blade watching it closely admiring his work, Suichi then took it and flung it back in forth infront of him, deciding to take it to for a little test run.

Suichi slowly walked into the forest and began practicing his swing, using his two and slowly swinging it overhead. pointing it at a tree when when was in mid Swing Suichi, then, lowered it to his side, then dashed at a tree kicking up the dirt and dust off the ground with every step, Suichi then slid forward and swung the blade, from his right to his left, leaving a large slash-mark in the tree, Suichi then, placed his foot on the tree, and turned, bouncing off the tree, speeding in mid-air at another, slcicing this one, through and through, Suichi then hit the ground and and slid using his hand to slow himself down.

Suichi then took it and practiced swinging it until he got the feel for it and began impaling trees and other foliage around, He then formed several handseals on his empty left hand and began focussing chakra into that palm, as he whipped it behind his back then forward calling on the water in his gourd to jerk back then forward into his hand. Suichi then held two, one in ecah hand.
