A policeman finds two people in front of a bank that just got robbed, and between them is a bag of money.
"Sirs, did you just rob this bank?" he asks.
One of them immediately jumps aside and points accusingly at the other. "He did it, officer! I was just standing here! Cross my heart!"
The other protests. "Don't listen to him, sir! He's a liar! He helped me all the way!"
The first turns red in the face and stomps his foot in indignation. "I'm not lying! I cross my heart and hope to die!!"
The policeman looks from one to the next, and realizes at once what is going on.
Did one or both men rob the bank?

I'll post one.
It's 10:00 at night and a man doesn't need to work till tomorrow after-noon. He shuts off his lights and goes to sleep on his bed. When he wakes up in the morning, he get's in his car and drives to the store for some food. He turns on the radio and hears, "THIS JUST IN: A BOAT ACCIDENT KILLING 45" He pulls over, and shoots himself in thew head.
Why'd he shoot himself?
