Biography
Billy Coen, an ex-marine, was on transfer through the Arklay mountains by Jeep on the day before the mansion incident. On death row for multiple murders (explaining why he has handcuffs on), Billy's escort was attacked by T-Virus monsters and somehow he survived and escaped. Now, along side Rebecca, he'll have to survive the outbreak and escape Raccoon.
