It's grown on me, too. I hate certain things about it, like Sari. (She must DIE!) But the autobot gang really grew on me.

I have several feelings about the series too, but please check the subforums. There are several there about this (one made by me) on this subject.

I was surprised and impressed with how dark the show could be at times.

Example A: Wasp and his whole story. He got sent to the stockades, locked in there with a bunch of ugly, mean Decepticons and criminals, for a crime he didn't commit, there by ruining his life and any chance at a future (I remain unconvinced that even if they had proved Wasp's innocents in the end that the Elder Council would have cleared him. They more likely would have tried to cover up just how bad they had slagged that one up. And even if they did, how do you recover from something like what he's been through. Does anyone really believe he had a chance to get his life back together after all that? I don't!) in the Autobot sense, escaped and got chased half way across the galaxy only to be captured by a bunch of insane techno-organics who then manipulated him emotionally into agreeing to a highly dangerous and VERY painful experiment which caused him to undergo a hideous mutation...and he STILL gets blown up in the end!

That's pretty fragging intense for a kids show!

Example B: Shockwave killing Blurr. Usually when a Transformer is destroyed in cartoons, it's a simple PEW PEW U BLOWED UP LOL. Or a classic O NOES, I've been SHOT, now here's my death scene, make sure to film my good side.

Shockwave knows he can't shoot Blurr because he's too fast, so he doesn't even bother. He just outmaneuvers and casually eliminates our blue hero. It isn't a casualty of war, it's a cold calculated murder.

Yeah, its seems most of TFAs darkest scene involved Shockwave in some way. He was a creepy bamf in this series! I think the writers had a thing for him, srsly. Also, does anyone know who started this rumor that Shocky is a dirty minibot molester?

That's no rumor, citizen, that's a fact revealed due to the diligent efforts of our heroic public servant, Longarm Prime. We can put our trust in him.

Sentinel Prime is one of those characters that has both his good and bad qualities but because of his methods for implementing the good even those are cast in a bad light so all we ever see of him is the bad.

When even Optimus Fragging Prime has trouble seeing the good in a person, you know you're in trouble.

The guy is a fanatic, to put it simply.
