Love, the Universal Constant
~Setting~
In all Cultures of the world man has always known one definite thing, the universe is made up of opposites. For example Dark and light, fire and water, ying and yang, male and female, and throughout the past centuries of human evolution more and more examples show themselves.
In the year 2152 man has extended it's reach far across the known galaxy and beyond with the invention of faster than light travel. after many years of exploration and conflict the universe had finally seen a small blink of peace. This peace however did not last long. The universe has become a major power struggle between three main powers. These powers fight over each other gaining and losing superiority on many different battlefields. The largest of these three powers is known as the Galactic Alliance. They control most of the known universe with centralized governments, laws, and bureaucracy. They believe so heavily in their laws that even the slightest crime could be punishable by death. Being the largest means they have the most abundant resources and manpower. When ever there are laws that bind or restrict a person's beliefs, there are those who break them. These people are known as the Outlaws or Space Pirates. In the Alliance's eyes they are treasonous criminals that are to be put t death the moment they are captured or found. In their own eyes the Outlaws believe they are struggling for the very freedoms they so desperately want, which is usually money and bigger weapons. They have no organized structure and often fight among themselves. Being the smallest, the outlaws have very weak man power and resources but do have many access to black market items that are considered illegal in the Alliances armory. Within every bureaucracy there always is corruption. This particular corruption is known throughout the universe as the Semnas Corporation. The Semnas Corporation use their power to create and manufacture weapons of war and for uses in science. They fight to gain control of the assorted galaxies on a very different playing field. Instead of using brute force they play through the Alliances system of bureaucracy and turn it against them. In all senses the Alliance knows they are essentially at war with them but can do almost nothing to stop them. The Semnas Corporation has the most money and resources. They have the most advanced equipment and control many dealings within the Alliance's government. These powers are constantly at struggling with one another and it seemed that no one was gaining enough to outweigh their loses. But this was before the Semnas Corporation made a break through that would change the very forces we live by.

~Plot~ In a remote area of space outside of the Kupiter belt a newly constructed illegal Semnas space station, Mangan IV, is home to the experiments of a man by the name of Dr. Soto, he is lead designer and constructor of a machine dubbed the "Gray Ripper". This machine is designed to theoretically "Rip" space-time and separate them into his two base principals, Law and Chaos, which Dr. Soto believes are the basic essences of the universe. Now the last transmission from the station was exactly one day ago, the message was the basic announcement of the first test run of the Gray Ripper. After repeated attempts of hailing the station to obtain the progress it was assumed that something foul must have happened. The Semnas Corporation then launched a mercenary ship known as the Lady Black to save any expensive equipment, kill any remaining scientists from leaking Semnas Information, or discover what exactly went wrong with the device. News this big was not able to be kept a secret for long, try as Semnas did, certain parties began to send their own stake to the space station. A ship known as the White Comet and its crew of outlaws are on their way to take some of the valuable Semnas Corporation technology and the Galactic Alliance ship known as the Indomitable Will has happened along the site to try and finally pin down one of the Semnas Corporation's key players. But not known to even the brilliant scientist Dr.Soto something much more important that the petty quibbilings of mankind was on the verge of unfolding in their faces.

~Lady Black~
~Lady Black~
The Lady Black is a small Mercenary ship that has massive fire power capabilities and is quite swift, but at a cost has very weak hull integrity. It is equipped with the standard rockets and 50 cal machine guns but its key feature is its two massive beam cannons capable of four consecutive and destructive shots but is unable to move until engines cool down. Also has standard faster than light travel. It needs a crew of two and can support five.

~Indomitable Will~
The Indomitable Will is a massive ship machine designed for war combat. It is considered a medium ship in the Alliance fleet, it wields basic weapons and the powerful MAC cannon, a weapon which launches a dense metal to light breaking speeds through a giant cannon on its under belly. It has a very strong hull and can take huge beatings, but unfortunately its amazingly slow it is not designed to move during combat. The Indomitable Will needs a crew of ten and can support one hundred.

~White Comet~
~White Comet~
The White Comet is a small outlaw vessel capable of reaching speeds that few other ships could even hope to gain outside of light speed. It has very strong hulls and take take massive beatings due to its key feature, the Shield Generator, which as it sounds generates a shield around the ship shielding it from almost everything till energy runs out. As for fire power nothing special just standard missiles and machine guns. Also is equipped with faster than light travel. It needs a crew of two but can hold up to twenty.

Bio: Abandoned as a child Roan never had it easy. Scrounging for food, stealing, and even fighting. He hated the life he lead. In orde4r to change things he joined the Alliance in hopes of finding a good life and help those he had lived with. After joining the Military he met the love of his life( Need a person to Play this) After gaining a suitable status in the Ranks of the Navy he soon proposed to the girl. During a classified incident during a revolutionary outbreak during the Vias VII incident Roan was honorably discharged an soon fell off of the map entirely. It was rumored that he join/started a small group of Outlaws. Aboard the White Comet he is heading to the incident site. Unknowns to him his previous wife is the Captain of the Alliance ship also heading there.
