So, I'm a Capricorn female who has been with a Libra male since our high school days. I'm wondering if our relationship might end up like Eminem and Kim's... But when I think about it, they've been together a really, really long time; no matter how many times they break up, they always get back together. I know it's not healthy, but if it's the kind of relationship they want, then how is that bad? My relationship has its ups and downs, too - but I really think that we can make it for the long-haul, you know?
Anyway, I'm just babbling... anyone else have ideas? Are we star-crossed?

It's not a traditional 'yes' relationship, but that's not the end of the world. I've known of Capricorns and Librans to get along well.
Do you have charts for both of you? Other factors - sun/moon or venus/mars particularly that I'm aware of - can indicate compatibility.

Wow... that is pretty compatable... and quite alot of scorpio signs in his chart. I don't think he will want to quit the relationship and may even avoid breaking it up =P

I don't think he will want to quit the relationship and may even avoid breaking it up =P ya, sometimes I think he wants to be a Scorpio... all of his best friends and favorite music artists are Scorpios... surprisingly, even though I don't tend to like Scorpios more than anyone else in particular, I do understand them and sometimes sympathize with them. Is that because of my moon? Are my boyfriend and I destined to be together if we're that rare anomaly?

you know what else I just thought of? Maybe my boyfriend was born too early... maybe he was supposed to be a Scorpio, and his mom scheduled the C-section a little too early. He has problems with his eyes, and the eyes are the last things to fully develop while in the womb... plus, my "best match" is supposed to be Scorpio, anyway *ponders implications*

=P Scorpios are awesome, but most people have problems with them. I understand them though, if they want to be horrible to me, I will simply find their weakpoints wink but give the warnings first.

Well, your ascendants are both earth so even though he's an air sign and you're an earth sign, you'll both come across as earth-like.
Your moons are both water signs, so emotionally you're not completely dissimilar (as an air moon and a water moon might be).
His mercury and your moon are the same sign. I don't know if that means anything traditionaly, but it should mean that he thinks and communicates in a way that is compatible with the way your emotions run, which is probably useful for mutual understanding. His venus (romance) is also in the same sign - again probably useful.
You say you think he should have been a scorpio - generally its not rgeat to think that way, because while it might work in some cases, it doesn't in all, and if we're objective we should apply the same rule everywhere. Probably what you're picking up on is his scorpio mercury. Mercury is how we think and communicate, so while he's a libra, he thinks and communicates like a scorpio - which means, of course, he's going to be a significantly un-libran libran. I've found that in most cases where a person isn't much like their sign, it's because mercury has slipped one over in one direction or the other.

Sorry, guys - there was a discrepancy. his rising is actually in Scorpio, and his moon is in Gemini... I put in the wrong time of day... oops...
how does that change things?

Well, if his rising is scorpio it means he'll come across as seeming like a scorpio. You no longer have the same element of moon and the same element of ascendent.
Your moon is his ascendent (he strikes you as being similar to your emotional nature), but his emotional nature could be more detached (being air). I don't know much about gemini moons though.
His mercury and your moon are still the same sign though, so he's still thinking the way you're emoting, which is good.
All up it changes things a bit, but there's still reason to think there's compatibility here.

I don't think his emotions are detached... he is very obsessive over me, and like Jessy said, he's so not willing to give up our relationship for anything

Ugh, I know a few gemini moons, one has an aries sun and he was obsessed with being with me, but that is life. The other one was cool, I like gemini moons, so easy to discuss with biggrin biggrin
