Central Park is a carefree area by day. But, by night there is alway the smell of blood and death. This area is not to be walked at night by a human..

It was a stary night, as Leena walked threw Central Park. The moon was bright and full over her head. Leena moved slowly, trying to resit to urge to change. her long bangs fell over her yellowing eyes, keeping anyone who might be out here, from noticing. She soon couldn't hold the urge back any longer. Settling near a huge tree, she let go and let her body, turn, and change into it's much more natural form.

In the darkness, near a wooded area, a creature lurked. It watched Leena with amused eyes. A small chuckled escaped his deadly grin. He stepped out. His long red hair covered much of his back and face. He wore a black turtle sweater and simple black jeans.

Leena gasped for air as the pain of the twisting and snaping of her skeleton took place. Fur growing in every which way, her spin extending and then growing its own fur. The pain subsided when she lay in a heap of shaking fur and torn clothing. Her eyes yellow and glowing scaning the area around her. She noticed some one near by and hissed, then a low growl began in the pit of her stomache growing louder and more threating by the second.

A man walked forward. It was the English Coven leader, what was he doing in New York. He looked at her intrigued and took many more steps closer.

Leena's growl grew deeper, she clawed at the air, bringing her huge clawed paw, down, hard on the ground. The fur on her spine bristled, her yellow eyes darkening and completely focused on the stranger.

He quickly transformed, his fur a dark red. He didn't seem to show any pain. He gazed at her yellow eyes with his green ones. "Hello.." He said in her mind.

Leena growled again, deeper this time. What do you want?! She snapped. All her fur standing on end now.

He muzzle turned into a wolfish grin. Friendship. He said simply as his eyes gazed straight at her unmoving.

Yukia walked along the parks path, her icy eyes looking around to make sure she was alone. She had a sigh of relief when she didn't hear anything. She started to make her way to the center of the park her eyes on the moon above and the stars surrounding it.

Leena looked down, and growled deeper. Why should I accept friendship from one of the creatures that ruined my life?! She glared back up at the stranger, her yellow eyes flaming with hatered.

Yukia heard a noise from up ahead and stopped. She closed her eyes and brought herself to that noise with a single thought. She opened her eyes and stopped. Her body was frozen.

Leena growled still her claws wrenching at the wet earth beneth her. BLESSED!!! She howled, Why should I be blessed, I was happy, I had a life, and friends, now nothing!!! I am alone now in my self pity. How should I be blessed?!
