You have several types of unique animes. The originality varies, but some of them stick out. Which one of these unique animes is your favorite?

I don't think Lucky Star was "unusual". I mean, it's great and all. I REALLY loved it.
But it's basic setup was similar to Azumanga Daioh. But either way, it's good. Haruhi had the whole out of order thing. Bobobo was just plain strange... And so was Puni Puni Poemi xD But I liked Puni Puni

Karin...a vampire who injects blood instead of sucking it is prolly the most unusual anime that's not toally random that I have seen so far.

Unusual? hmmm...besides the obvious example, Excel Saga, that usually use, i'd say Paranoia Agent. Maybe it's just because I'm not use to watching Japanese Anime Horror, but, it twas reaaaaaallllly unique, and a bit thoughtful at times...made me almost wish there really was a lil slugger neutral

Then you should definately watch Higurashi =O Higurashi and Elfen Lied are both up there as far as Psychotic anime go. Which you prefer is up to you. I think Higurashi plays with your head more, so I like it better. Spoiler: I mean, come on... The guy gets a nail in each joint in each finger... That's like.... 15 nails per hand xD
Which sucks. And he also claws his own throat out near the beginning of the series ((I think like ep 4?))But yea x3

I heard that lately, they've been blaming higurashi as a result of several incidents where kids beat the crap out of their parents with a bat in Japan..........man, i LOVE kids these days xd even more so for the adults who think cartoons are the direct result of it:]

Well, signs indicate that it erhaps does lead to that. They're not entirley stupid for thinking so. Just imagine it, if you were never exposed to violence and the such in all the tv shows, games, and etc, you would more likely be inclined towards peace than violence.
For instance: I imitated the power rangers growing up, it was a habit of mine... but at the same time it was related to the show itself.
Some people get ideas from anime...
So saying they "Think" would probably not be a good word in this case. Nor is saying they "know". Nobody can prove anything, but correlational studies do point in that direction. My suggestion for parents is to make sure their kids know what's going on... Or for kids to realize what they're doing more... Else they commit a crim that could hant them. ((I for one believe that being a "juvenile" should be no excuse for you to commit a crime. I don't like kids getting their slates wiped clean at 18 here))
