The guild is undergoing a complete overhaul. All members will be banned unless posted in the "Loyal Members" Thread. This is the word of EthneyArdin, NOW GO FORTH AND OBEY!!!
Oh and this is for General Discussion. Please no spamming and such, this is a forum for ideas for reconstruction.

I know we tried moving all the chat threads and what not into their own subforum...but I kind of liked it more when they were on the front page there...maybe that's just me though...

I don't know. I think we should probably structure the guild around something like poetry, art, or something. Otherwise it's a hangout. And hangouts die.

I think it'd be easy to mange if each crew was assigned a certain topic to monitor...like I could manage contests, Hellbringuer/tutor/fox(/whatever his name will be next month ^^) can manage discussion, someone else to art, another poetry...and so on and so forth...it'll keep the guild organized, things will stay updated more often because everyones working on something...instead of one person every other month...
We could always start a sign up sheet for who wants to look after what area...

This makes sense I think that I will -Attempt- to make some banners and also try and type up a recruitement page-y thingy to post places....(I have no Idea where one would post such things.)

Okay.. I like the idea of having people looking over different sections as well.. I also think we should have a few threads in the front board..
I was also thinking of an adoption forum.. Where newer members can be adopted or mentored by older members.. what do you think??

 Mmm..... The adoption idea has became quite common this days.. and it DOES helps to reduce noobs..... I call tibs on the RP sub xd
Divide to conquer. If each sub has it's own mod stuff will go smoother.

Should we move the Q&A thread from the spam/bump sub to the front page (here)?
I keep thinking this page is more apropriate for anouncements and stickys only..... its easier to notice the new ones if keep them here....
We could have here a link thread to important/ more active threads.
