1. Kefka-Clown, clown. I hate clowns. D;
2. Eggman-Best theme ever. Awesome nose.
3.Mr. Bison- Cheapest fighting character. Plus he like.....the most hated person in Street Fighter. I hate him, so damn cheap. D:
4.Ridley- Giant dragon of doom. Probably the smartest Dragon ever.
5.Bass EXE- Now, this guy is the most strongest in the Megaman EXE universe. Plus he's infected with Gospel. GOSSSPELL.
6. Sniper Wolf- She's hawt, but god damn. D: You didn't have to ******** do that to Meryl. Jesus Christ.
7. Super Ghost N' Goblins- This game is ******** hard. HARD...THIS THE ONLY GAME THAT BELONGS HERE.
8. Through the Fire and Flames- Dear God,...I can't do this on hard. This song is too hard.
9. Virtual Boy- Worst Idea of Ever.
10. Your PC- It still can't play Crysis.

Never Finished Gears Campaign, but I remember the berserker. Made a nice shooter boss. @ Kaiba/Xera: Ridley, FTW. Definitely a great villain gone through many incarnations. My personal fav would have to be Reta-Ridley or plain ol' Ridley from Super Metroid, though. Maybe only because he was ominous and a late game boss that freaked you out. BTW, Omega Pirate was probably the biggest b***h of Metroid Prime.

3.Imran Zakhaev- Call of Duty 4 " he just pissed me off being so evasive and then killing squad mates at the end"
4.The p***k with the jacked up face u kill at the end of- Kane and Lynch "he just got under my skin"
5. The Borg- Star Trek Legacy "lets face it in any star terk game borg are gonna Pwn so off course anyone who has to fight em is gonna hate em"
6.Killian- CNC Tibeium Wars "killian was a whore and a liar and I got fed up with her s**t I enjoyed crushing her like an insect"
7. Officer ten Penny- GTA San Andreas "I got real tired real fast of jumping through this ******** whoops"
8.Mr. Kelly- Red Dead Revolver "this guy gave villainism style I hold this guy in utter awe and admiration after I beat and unlocked him I played as him all the time"
9. Raam- Geras of War "he was cold he was dark he was evil but I agree I've seen boomers who put up more of a fight then he did"
10. 343 Guilty Spark- Halo1 2 3 "not much of a boss not even really a boss but his voice was annoying as hell and man was I glad to pop this ********"

1) Gannon/Gannondorf -- hard to top the villain of your favorite games
2) Ridley (multiple incarnations)
3) Dark Samus -- Metroid Prime 2
4) Saddler -- RE4
5) Computer -- Portal
6) Master Hand -- Smash Bros.
7) Strum -- Advance Wars 1 & 2
8.) Grunty -- Banjo-Kazooie
9) Ares -- God of War
10) Ansem -- Kingdom Hearts
A lot of these are personally debated to myself, as I didn't get a Ratchet villain on the list, nor did I hit Jet Force Gemini or Donkey Kong. However, the list is pretty good for my last 5 years of gaming.

In no particular order.
The Patriots, I mean hey they've been around running the United States well beyond the playable canon in Metal Gear.
GLaDOS, not the most original being a rampant AI but no other AI in games has ever used dry, dark humour like she. Plus, she sings.
Kefka, actually wins for a while before The Returners strike back.
G-Man, though this one is arguable if he's even a villain but he is the dominant antagonist to Gordon through out the Half-Life series.
Scarecrow/Ellen, just because Folklore is the most recent dark game I've played.
Delita, anyone with experience in regards to FFT will understand why. I would have said St. Ajora but he/she wasn't completely controlling the underlings.
Red Team (TF2), ******** the reds.
Colossi (sp.), Shadow of the Colossus was just a grand experience so I pick every single one.
Final Fantasy XI. It's hard to pick a villain out of the various storylines. From the Shadow Lord, to the Zilart prince, all the way to Promathia down to the various job storylines. Just too many good characters in the stories.
Luc, just ********. Suikoden needs more frigging love. Though in my opinion Suikoden III had the best storyline of the series, II had the tightest gameplay.

7. Vergil, though he's not always bad, he's a solid antagonist and one of the reasons DMC 1 was so great.
6. Krauser
5. Majora's Mask
4. Rundas from MP3, he wasn't really a bad person either, but it was such a cool boss fight.
3. The spikes in the Sonic series. They ARE worse than Eggman/Dr. Robotnik.
2. Nemesis from RE3
1. Albert Wesker. Never has it been so fun playing as a villain.

10) Rival(Pokemon)
s**t dude, you come up at the worst places and the worst times, not to mention you always seem to have the Type Advantage over me, yet you fail to actually train your Pokemon to levels that can compete with mine. You still scare the s**t outta me when you show up outta nowhere.
9) Wretches(Gears Of War)
The scream, it nearly made me tear out my ears in horror, till I actually saw the droves of little bastards running toward me. No problem, till they get behind you.
cool Berserker(Gears Of War)
Now this thing, this is a sentimental b***h. Add the fact that you can only kill it with a slow starting, often missing targeting "lazor" from outer space, and the fact that if it touches you, you explode into 7 or 8 chucks or bloody red-matter, and you've got a piss-your-pants, "God Damnit" creature.
7)Auto Turrets(Portal)
Cute, cuddly, until they find you, then they unleash an unstoppable force of titanium alloy bullets to rip threw your body. Better have your Companion Cube at ready, these things are no joke.
6)Companion Cube(Portal)
Speaking of which, I wonder why the Companion Cube would leave you, after you had established love for it, and then Glados beckons you to throw it into an incinerator. You think it would try to save itself? No, the WCC is still alive, watching you sweat and burn threw the awful tests that would have been easier, HAD IT NOT BETRAY YOU....
5)Bowser(Mario Series)
Iconic villan of the 20th century, we salute you. Without you, we would have not know that all villains eventually go down with the right supplies, moves, quick reflexes, and the occasional fake saves. Bowser, I give you honor sir.
4)Glados(Portal)
Son of a virtual b***h, you lead me to believe in false prizes, taking the false love of your life, and then throwing you into a furnace? WTF?
3)Gannon(Legend Of Zelda series)
Sometimes, he can be a little p***k with big plans and the means to execute them, sometimes, he can be a giant thorn in your side, just waiting to exact revenge on your flaffy haired a**. Either way, Gannon is a b***h that just won't die, no matter how many iterations there are.
2)*TIE* SHODAN and G-Man
Both are annoying to a point of being annoying beyond compatibility, one will make you piss your pants in fear whenever she talks, the other will make you so pissed off he brought you to this ******** up future, any time you see him, you think of raping him with your Gravity Gun. Both are top notch villians.
And horribly dressed.

How the hell do you kill something that can will you to death?
How the hell do you kill something that when you look at it it makes you cry blood and acid?
How do you kill something that doesn't even show up in the game?

Hmm........I don't know if I can make a Top 10 list, but Cthulu, Red Falcon, and the Cyberdemon would be on there, maybe even Andrew Ryan or the Big Daddy.
@ Daxelman: You can't put the G-Man on there, since he isn't a villain; rather just an unknown entity. He never does any harm to you, and he actually does some good. Actually, a lot of good........if you head over to the binoculars on the tripod that the Combine has set-up in the chapter where you first get the car, (I think it's "Highway 17") you see him giving Colonel Cubbage the RPG which he then gives to you. So, you basically get the RPG from the G-Man. He may be creepy as hell, but since he never did anything to challenge the hero (Gordon), you can't consider him a villain.
