Clan description: every member of this clan is said to be born when there's a full moon, this clan specializes on Lunar and Fuuton techniques
Clan Abilities: -Lunatia (eye changes into a weird gold color and is able able to see though things like byakugan however this enables a short teleportation and to open the Lunar gate)
-Lunar Gate/Genjutsu (traps the foe into a gate with the shape of a moon making incredible pain to them)
-Crossed Space/Genjutsu (warps the foe into a galaxy like area when they can control stars, explosions and different events at will)(High level)

Yes you do give the money to her.
But the Roketsu is to much like the Hyuuga bloodline eye, being able to see the chakra is unqie to that bloodline only.
Also how do they sense what is happening around them? do they hear it? do they see it? smell it?
And some of your jutsu's may need editing, speically the 'White Death' one.
I will have a proper look at it later when i get a better chance, but at the moment you are copying the Sharingan and White Eye to much.
Also please make sure you clear the jutsu's with me first

About/History of the clan:
The Hyuuga clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be the ancestors of the Uchiha clan who possess the bloodline of the Sharingan eye. Each clan member possess the "Byakugan" or "White Eye." When the "Byakugan" is activated, the clan member gains an extra-sensory perception, which gives them penetrating sight and telescopic vision. This allows them to see the internal chakra circulation system in other beings. This vision also grants the member a near 360° view of their surroundings. The higher the skill of the clan member, the further the distance from which they can sense incoming attacks. Unfortunately the vision does have a weakness, a small blindspot that extends outwards from their upper back.
The clan uses this ability in conjunction with their own chakra creating the Juuken (gentle fist) fighting style. By focusing the chakra to their finger tips, they can press the tenketsu or chakra pressure points of their opponents body. When the finger nears the tenketsu the chakra is forced out, collasping the targetted tenketsu for a period of time. The tenketsu serve as the connectors and exit points for the chakra pathways. So when they are stopped by the Hyuuga clan member, the ninja greatly loses his or her ability to utilize their chakra for jutsu.
These great powers lead to internal strife within the family. Because the eye grants such a unique and powerful ability, the clan became possessive and over-protective of it. Seeing only the main family as worthy users and inheritors of the eye, the heads of the clan began to place restrictions on those branch family members not in power. What resulted were two Hyuuga lines, the powerful main family who would represent the line, and the branch family who were directed to protect the main family and bear the cursed seal.
But a few years ago, a once pushed aside ninja named Bambi changed everything. He was born into the Head family, but adotped by the Branch family. And he swore that he would become head of the clan and make it unite into one clan.

ok! I edited mine, and I added a couple jutsu to the list after I pm'd you Bambi. Nothing big, just added the final touches. Tell me if this is ok. I have the money ready, and I'll trade Asphodal when she's on.
Clan Name: Rezu
Clan Village: Mist
Clan Description: Believed to originate before the Mist village, it was thought that this clan were the ones who founded Mist. The oldest clan known in the area, they are known for their absolute control of Water and Ice Jutsu. The clan makes the Ice they use from completely taking any heat from within the water's molecules, thus freezing it instantly.
Clan Jutsu Type: Water/Ice
Clan Techniques: Rozumei-The eyes of the user turn a dark blue, and have a white circle around the inner eyes, that has lines coming from four points on the white circle.
Sobuma-Genjutsu- The target becomes confused and disoriented, and starts to attack his allies, thinking they are his enemies. The user becomes invisible to the target, and is usually killed after the technique is still in effect. (Chunnin)
Ice Growth-Ninjutsu- When used, when the user looks at the ground, or annother object, it slowly starts to freeze. Usually used in assasination missions to slow the target down, the speed at which the target freezes depends on how much chakra the user has. A Gennin can create a thin layer of ice onto the targets first layer of skin, and is quite solid. It can be broken if the target has enough strength, or by a high Gennin level fire jutsu. Chunnin level, it gets harder and thicker, this time able to comletely freeze the first layer of skin, and cause frostbite easily. The thickness is moderate to extremely thick, and it takes minimal time to use. However, a high chunnin level fire jutsu can break it. Jounnin level the move comes into full effect. The area where the user looks is instantly frozen, and instantly causes frostbite, if not freezing the whole limb or area solid. When frozen in this level, a good kick from the user causes whatever is hit to smash into pieces, and the ice is extremely thick. It is infused with a large amount of chakra, and is very hard to break.
Clan Jutsu:
Ninjutsu
White Fang-Blades of ice attack themselves to the user, and are infused with large amounts of chakra. The blades are strong as regular katanas, but can be broken with high Gennin or low Chunnin fire-type jutsu. (Gennin)
Five Wall Prison, Ice Tomb of Death-The user makes five walls of water come around the target, the first four coming from the ground, while the fifth branches out from the connected walls. The walls are then frozen, and can then be put into it's second stage. The second stage, is when the user makes the ice move, forming out from the walls, making spear-like bulges come out, impaling the target. A Gennin level use of this makes the walls, but they are thin to moderate thickness, and the spears take a moment to all branch out. If a smaller number of spears are made, the use can be doubled, making it regular speed. The user must have some water around them, which can come from clouds, ponds, or large puddles. Chunnin level use of this causes the walls to be thick, and the spears are numerous and many, going at regular speed.
Flash Flood- The skies become cloudy and the sun disappears from sight, and it starts to rain. This can be used to fuel larger jutsu, and it rains for minutes, making the ground become soggy, and flooded. (Gennin)
Taijutsu
Freezing Palm- The user focuses chakra into their hand, and causes the air around his hand to turn ice cold. When they strike, they release the chakra into the air and the air freezes when it hits the target, causing frostbite or numbness. If places right, the target can be immobilized or killed with one hit.
Hidden Water Strike- Usually used in conjunction with Flash FLood, the user moved their arms, manipulating the water around them. When they strike, water follows the punch or kick, adding to the blunt force of the strike. The water can be used to coat the arm or leg, to add to the blunt force, or it can be used to be an afterstrike, to rush forward when the strike lands or is blocked.
Water Arm- Water around the user, usually from a puddle or small stream, is uaed to coat the users hands or legs. It is then moved, and used as an extension of the limb, to strike at a distance or defend from further away.
Ice Claw: The user makes ice form around their dominant hand, making it into a claw or a club shape. When the user strikees, it is used to increase damage.

Description of Limit:
The ability to control electricity/lightning, along with the abilty of storing it within the human body to use as offense or defense, depending upon the situation, they can also see through Most Genjutsu.
History:
Due to the high amount of lightning storms that passed over the village, many of the villagers were starting to get fed up with the bolts, along with the destruction caused by them. The Raikens, deciding to make a name for themselves among the villagers, started to attempt to figure out ways to control the electricity within the lightning bolts itself. It took many, many attempts by the heads of the clan, but they finally got it. They even figured out ways of briefly storing this electricity and using it for offensive means. From here on out, it was taught to everyone in the Raiken clan, and it was eventually figured out that the clan itself had the right bodily setup for it.

Raikou Sao no Jutsu - Lightning Rod Technique.
This is the technique that is used so that the person can first start conducting electricity in the first place. With it, they're basically making the battlefield considerably more lethal, along with preparing their future techniques. The user makes it so his entire body is wrapped up in lightning, making it so that whenever an opponent touches them, they'll get zapped. However, the amount of damaged from the zap varies from stage to stage. Also, it's only defense. When a person attacks, they're forced to drop the jutsu to do so. You have to be standing still in order to use this technique in defense.
Raikou Sumiyaka no Jutsu - Lightning Speed Technique.
In other words, the user is able to use electricity in order to travel upon currents, his speed reaching up to at least twice of his typical speed, if not even more so. The currents can also strike an opponent if an attack is launched while the jutsu is cast.

Jutsu Name: Raikou Chaneru no jutsu ( Lightning Channel technique )
Description of Jutsu: This jutsu can only be done during a thunder storm (which can be created if the user is the Leader or heir to the clan) . Using previously acquired electricity, the user can then use it to draw down lightning bolts from the sky. Then, using the previously channeled electricity as the medium, the user then redirects that lightning bolt at the desired target.

Tama Raikou no Jutsu - Ball Lightning Technique.
After the person has the amount of practice necessary to make it so their entire body is encased in electricity, The user can then ionize the gas in the air and focus electricity within it, creating a giant red ball of super-heated gas and a massive amount of electrical current. The attack can then be launched, causing a massive explosion when it hits.
Raikou Heki no Jutsu - Lightning Burst no Jutsu (Usually said as 'Lightning...BURST-O!'). This jutsu is a variation of the Tama Raikou no Jutsu. Instead of just firing off from one part of his body, though, it fires off in the shape of a barrier around him that typically goes for four or five meters. The shape is similar to the Hyuuga Haiten, though there's no spinning and no chakra being launched. Instead, it's just lightning being fired out. This barrier will let things come in and out as they please, but with each passing through the barrier they are electrocuted with a high amount of voltage. Things such as Kunai and other weapons can make it through the barrier, if one can seen the user behind all the white fire. The user cannot use any other actions while holding the barrier.

Raikou tatsumaki no Jutsu - Lightning Tornado Technique.
Releasing the electricity through the tenketsu, the user then launches themselves up and uses the energy being launched from his body to spin around. Unlike the Hyuuga Haiten, this does not form a ball of energy around the user. Instead, it forms a tornado that goes about ten feet up into the air. At the top of the tornado is an opening that, someone who is talented with jumping and controlling chakra at various parts of their body, could easily slide down through and attack the Raiken clan member using this technique.
