 Iron Shackles:
Slavery, in this day and age, is something that's connected to either Prostitution or BDSM, but of old slavery, this was even more true. A person branded as a slave was property, the owner could treat the slave in any way they wanted and even if the slave was royalty of another nation, in order to get the slave back there was a strict requirement to buy the slave back at the price set by the current owner, this was the law. In the year 1847, slavery was at its peak and slave markets existed in almost every city. Orphans, outsiders, or even just a pretty girl could be abducted by slave traders and taken to be sold on the market. This Roleplay is centered around one such market: Iron Shackles.
Iron Shackles is one of the most Prestigious Slave Markets in the Country. Royalty from foreign lands, noble daughters, twins, and all kinds of rare goods are often sold here under the management of Lady Hersh, a former slave who managed to earn her freedom half a century ago, but in the process lost all her innocence. Today she runs Iron Shackles with pride, enjoying it and taking pleasure in training slaves and making others experience what she once did. All slaves in the market are her property, branded with her sigil on the side of their hip. Unless a buyer comes along willing to buy the slave off her at her price, then all slaves in her Market will remain just that, her slaves. She never minded if a slave didn't sell, she would just use royalty as a maid, or have them work in her Brothel, there was always work she could have a slave do at Iron Shackles, the place that's known as the best slave market in the Country. Will you be able to find yourself a slave of your taste here? Or will you end up being part of Lady Hersh's collection of slaves on display? Rumor however, has it that Lady Hersh is in bad health and in secret is currently training her replacement and heir. While no one knows more than this, the rumor has told of a blond girl around Lady Hersh a lot recently. Is she the future Owner of Iron Shackles? Only time will tell.
Market Setting:
The Market itself is not one of the larger ones. Iron Shackles deals mainly with quality or exotic products, meaning that they have never had a large stock of slaves in at any given time. Most slaves are always out on display in the Jard, a large circular yard with some small bar windows along the sandy floor, meaning that slaves in the holding cells would be able to see out. The large stone walls around the Market house a torture chamber and the Lady Hersh's living quarters. This meant that all buyers would either be finding their slave in the Jard, or in one of the holding cells in the Market Basement. For the few returning slaves, they might however be found in the torture chamber if in the rare case this slave would be need to be reeducated. The iron gates prevent any escape and the heavy shackles around their necks and arms make it visible to anyone on the busy market street outside that they were escapees and the reward for catching runaways was always a very attractive one, so there were always some boys on the outside, just hoping that this would be a lucky day and there would be an escapee that they could catch and than use as they pleased afterward as a reward. It would not be rare for an auction to be held out in the yard on the stage to show off the products that Iron Shackles offered its clients. The market was never short of buyers, either royalty searching for their missing relatives or rich noblemen always wanting to have that former Queen or Princess at their feet to do their bidding. Iron Shackles has it all, and the customers know how appreciate the Country's best slave Market.

2: You will take a good look at Gaia's Terms of Service. Especially these two sections: 4.a and 4.b, The same ones that you are required to quote should you be joining this guild. We do not want any behavior or things posted that will endanger this guild's or this thread's future. Should any such post be made you will suffer the full consequences of your actions.
3: You will respect your follow roleplayers. You will not take the images of their profiles or copy any material from this Thread without permission of the creator of that material. It's considered very rude to have an Image you have made a very good profile out of reused in a poor way. That's insulting to the creator of the original profile. We do recognize that unknown events of copy might happen but in these cases we do ask that you either change or update your profile in such a way that it no longer will be considered offensive to the original creator or poster. What is insulting will be decided by members of the Crew.
4: We Require Literacy in this Roleplay. However we do not define Literacy by how long the posts you make are, but on the quality of the posts. This means a lot of the times one liners cam be just fine, but most of the time the need for detail exists and we expect that everyone tries to make the roleplay as interesting as possible for everyone. We can't read your mind, so for us to get a full view of what your trying to write the need for details exist, and with details comes quality. In terms of spelling and grammar we aren't too strict about it as long as it's not difficult to understand what your typing, but we do not accept Chat speak in any form what so ever unless its OOC. This should never be done in this Roleplay in any other form then (Is anyone here?), (I need to go for a while) and short responses to such posts. Other than posts of this nature all OOC is banned.

[-Thread Rules-]
1. This is a Open Roleplay for All members of the Guild. There is no restrictions on how many Profiles your allowed to enter with. There is also no restriction in how you make your profile except 2. The Profile needs to fit the storyline. This means it must be a Character that could have existed in the timeframe this roleplay takes place. The second restriction is only Female Character's can be slaves. Dominate's can be both male and female.
2. This is a Neverending Roleplay. It will go on and on and on. This means that if you no longer desire to take part in this Roleplay your profile will stil be linked to in this thread. Unless you get removed from the Guild or Request that your Profile gets taken of the list.
3. Only Regular's in this thread will have their full profiles posted. If you have been part of this thread for more then 2 Weeks and got the support of 3 others posting in the thread you can apply for a Regular position. When done you will get your full Character Profile posted in the Profile Section. Bellow is a list of People you can PM to apply for Regular Position.
