Some of the jobs you can make free gold from and some others are solely for the guild's benefit.
The first job I"m offering to everybody is fishing:
Bassken:
Grade F bait is provided You must trade half of the fish you catch to the guild mule. You may keep the rest*
Port of Gambino:
Grade D bait is provided You must trade half of the fish you catch to the guild mule. You may keep the rest**
Durem Reclamation Facility:
Grade A bait is provided You must trade half of the fish you catch to the guild mule. You may keep the rest***
*No trash is allowed in the trades. The fish must be worth more than the bait **No trash is allowed in the trades. The fish must be worth more than the bait ***No trash is allowed in the trades. The fish must be worth more than the bait
Also, in some cases I might even temporarily provide you with a rod, depending on where you're fishing.
I know it's hard to tell me for me, but I won't give out bait to those who catch more than 3 pieces of junk per bucket.

The second job I'm offering to everybody is Blackjack:
I'll provide you with a supply of tokens on the condition that you trade back 1/2* of the tickets you make.
The first time I'll only give out 200 tokens. The second time I'll only give out 500 tokens. The third time I'll start giving out 1000 tokens. And the better you are, the more tokens I'll give out.
*My reasoning is that tickets can be sold from 2-3.5g a piece. Therefore the first time you should make around 120-210g assuming you get at least 120 tickets** out of 200 tokens; 270-473g the second time if you get 270 tickets**; and 520-910g and higher the rest of the times if you get at least 520 tickets**. **These are made up amounts of tickets. When I play Blackjack I always get more tickets than I had tokens to begin with. I believe people playing Blackjack get at the very least 2/3 of what they started with when they run out of tokens (in other words if you started with 200 tokens, then usually you should at least make 133 tickets)
