My director's forced me to play everything...
But now I'm usually on mallets since nobody else is skilled enough to play them. >>;

Yeah!!! go mallets! I play marimba, xylophone, vibes, basically everything! I think I'm one of the best mallet players at my school and I'm a freshman. But I kick butt at mallets!

I'm primarily a mallet instrument player, because I don't like playing drums all that much. Mallets are WAY better. 3nodding

I think most mallet players would agree that the Marimba is the best mallet instrument. Both the regular and bass Marimba. Sexy instruments, they are.

This year I was a Vibes player in the marching band but I also play other percusion instruments. I'm a level 4 so I'm not that good (Yet). When I get to college I was hoping to become a Band Director.
