About Avery
Living most of his life alone he was dumped in one foster care home after another. His 'parents' never seemed to be able to get him to open up.
After one of his more infamous tours in a home he was remanded to the custody of the state for further review. While in custody he caught the interest of a young but eccentric man. He was also a state of the ward saying they had caught him because he needed a place to stay for the night.
Finding the young man funny and some what to his liking he quickly befriended him since he was the only one in his section of the juvenile holding facility. They spoke long into the night and when it looked like the dawn was about to come his newly aquired friend decided it was time to go.
Offering to help Avery get out as well he pulled the keys magically out of nowhere. Once free he made the offer and Avery seeing his chance to escape the state excitedly agreed.
Now free they ran off and quickly got lost in the crowds of the city. Having a blast as they ran from the authorities he was finally taken to a shoody apartment building where the young man said he was staying.
Avery's mind whirled with questions like then why had he said he had let the authorities catch him to have a place to stay? Pushing those crazy questions to the back of his mind he followed the guy downstairs to a small, run down but clean apartment.
Noting all of the windows had been boarded up he didn't bother asking since it was a place to stay at least for the night.
Over the next month he spent alot of time with the young man he had come to learn was named Dominic. They had a great time and he learned alot of new things under Dominic's tutlage. The first of which was that a Young attractive boy could make lot of money working the streets. He had been uncomfortable with the concept of doing such a thing at first but after his first few 'jobs' he got use to it and after a month he no longer cared.
Soon after that he and Dominic had become lovers. He seemed to finally have found someone that understood and made him happy.
Their happiness was short lived however as one night a 'John' found that he couldn't pay for his nights pleasure and decided to stab Avery instead of pay him.
Bleeding he stumbled from the room and ran for it. Scared he forced himself to make it home and stagger through the front door.
Seeing his lover dying in front of him Dominic reacted in a manner that would prove to be Avery's down fall. Embracing his love he gave to him the unlife of a Vampire and blessed while cursing him with his blood.
Awakening the next night he was confused and frightened of what had been done to him he ran from his lover and disappeared into the night hunting for answers to what he was.
Now some time later he had learned what he was and wished to find his lover and sire to reunite and truely find the happiness he had left behind on that fateful night so long ago.
Note: Avery is known for his short temper and will find it hard to resist getting angry when others may stay calm. On a plus side though he remembers everything in fine detail so his actions are never forgotten. Nor does he forget those that have wronged him.
