 Striped tails flicked softly, passionate red eyes searched. Impatiance crept into the females features. He was supposed to have been here by now. Her brother could only be kept entertained for so long before he came back and started bothering her for something to do. She didnt want to spend what little free time she had, waiting for Acerbus. "probly off chasing some nuts" she muttered under her breath, then chuckled to herself, shaking her head.
With any luck, Amadeo would be gone a long time. She'd sent him off in search of some mythical flower. Hopefully he'd be hours before he realized the blue pink spotted jumping tiger flower, didnt exist. She wanted to spend some....alone time, with Acerbus. She wanted to get to know him, she had a feeling about him, and wanted to explore it.

 A tiny bundle of orange fur shuffled, slowly rolling over. Browning red tails flicked before returning to their original position; wraped around the orange bundle. Tiny white teeth glimmered in the little streems of light pooling into the treehouse, as the little creature yawned, soon stretching its legs out. Lime green eyes crept open at a snails pace as the red squirrel like male groggly got to his feet. "Wha...time is it?" he muttered out loud, letting out yet another yawn.
It took all of ten seconds for his eyes to shoot wide open, a rather stressed look spreading across his features. He was late! He was supposed to have met up with her already and he was late.....Late because of a nap! "Crap! Crap! Crap!" he shouted, quickly spining around making sure not a hair was out of place, so that no one would be able to tell he had been napping. Even quicker then when his eyes had shot open the little male had darted out from the tree, dashing along the ground at quite a speed.
It didn't take him long to reach Carrara, though perhaps maybe twice as many steps, what with his stumpy little legs. The male skidded to a stop, a 'forgive me' like smirk on his face. "Sorry I'm late, Beautiful." he chuckled.

Carrara's ear flicked, as she heard a small bundle hurtling towards her. She tilted her head, red eyes spotting the squirrely male. She chuckled deep in her throat. "Using flattery to get out of trouble are you?" She asked with a grin. She leaned down and nipped at the top of his ear. "No worries, love" she bowed her head, a delicate eye brow arched in amusement. "You can always make it up to me later" Another sly grin, crossed her maw. Oh how she hoped her brother had fallen into a crevace somewhere. Not that she wanted him hurt, she was the only one allowed to harm him, she just wanted him to not come back right away. Maybe in a day or two. Or three. Depends how things go with Acerbus.

A grin spread over the 'forgive me' smirk as the short male gave his tails a little twitch before slowly wagging them. "It works doesn't it?" he questioned his voice rather smooth as he said it. His ear flicked as she nipped at it, a brow arching as Carrara spoke of making it up to her later. "Oh? Will I now?" he chuckled, tugging gently at her scarf. "Well then. I promise I'll make it up to you, and then some." the sly grin semed to have been passed from one to the other.

The female, couldnt help but laugh. "I suppose it does" she said with a smirk, her tail tips twitching softly. "oh, oh you will make up for it, dont you worry about that" she nodded, her scarf twitched at the tugging, one end curled around his neck, almost like it were giving him a hug. She arched a brow. "It has a mind of its own" she muttered, shaking her head lightly. Returning her attention back to the one before her, she smiled again. "So my dear, any plans for the day?" she asked softly.
She looked to the distance, her ears perked. "oh no" she muttered under her breath.
Not too far away, lurked a danger. A threat more terrifying then an approaching army. Something that when you felt approaching, you had an urge to throw the nearest person in between you and it, didnt matter if it was a woman or child, anything would do. For approaching the two, was Amadeo.
He trotted along contently, the spotted nightmare egg rolling along beside him. "You know egg, i dont think there is a blue pink speckled spotted jumping tiger flower. I think it was just another one of those things Carrie does when she wants to entertain herself. Or be by herself. I can never remember. Father will do it sometimes, send me to get ingredients for his potions. Alot of the family does it, now that i think about it" he tilted his head to the side, only to realize the egg was rolling away from him now, and heading straight for Acerbus. "HEY, I"M NOT DONE WITH MY STORY!" he shouted, and chased after the flee'ing egg.
The egg, barreled straight into the squirrely male. Anything to get away from Amadeo. Could you really blame the egg?

His grin widened, "You just can't escape my charm can you?" he spoke in a teasing manner, or maybe it was a flirtatious one, it was hard to tell. Acerbus blinked as the scarf wraped around his neck, in somewhat of an embrace. "Well glad to know it likes me." he snikered, turning his gaze back towards Carrara. The scarf was hers so really he didn't mind it at all, had it been someone elses...Well then yes, it would have probably bothered him in some way. He canted his head to the side, as he was asked of any plans. "Other then spending the day with you? If I had any plans I must have forgotten them, your stunning beauty tends to do that you know. Make people forget everything else."
When the female spoke under her breath, the male's eyes narrowed, as he turned his gaze to where she was looking. "Please tell me that's not..." his voice trailed off, as a strange little thing tumbling towards him. He canted his head to the side, as it got closer, and closer...And closer, until....BAM. The now what could be reconized as a horned spotted egg had smacked right into him. "Get it off!" his voice almost hissed, as poked the egg away from his body. Eggs became children after all. And he didn't like those.

Carrara's scarf moved, slithering around Acerbus, towards the egg. Whether it moved on its own, or of Carrara's accord, one could never tell. Either way, it curled around the egg, and dragged it by a horn, away from Acerbus, and Carrie, and sent it rolling in the other direction. Carrara arched a brow, watching it, before turning her attention towards her approaching brother. "I told you, to leave for a few hours Amadeo, not a few minutes" she told her brother. Her tone, carried something in it, a danger, a warning.
Amadeo stopped in his tracks, watching his sister and his best friend. For once he didnt ramble on about something, and ignore what everyone else said. "....I, was just telling a story to the egg, when it rolled away from me before i could finish. I guess it wanted to see you two" he said wagging his tails. Well. It couldnt last long. "So what are you two doing? Going on a picnic? Ohohoh! why dont we all go swimming! " wags his tails, totally oblivious to the fact they might want to be alone.

Acerbus arched a brow as Carrara spoke to her brother. She had only told him to leave for a few hours? Not a few days? Well he supposed since he was her brother, no matter how annoying. Her tone towards Amadeo held something in it, that made the little squirrely male greateful that it wasn't him she was talking to. When Amadeo had started talking he twitched. Oh he was such an idiot, not to mention annoying. So very annoying. The look on his face soured, as his fuzzy ears drooped. "I don't swim." he grunted, his tone quite dry.

Carrara tilted her head to the side, a flick in her red eyes, a twitch in her ear. As if sensing what was to come, her scarf slithered off, and wrapped around Acerbus, so the female was free from her clothing. She lept, gracefully, and pinned ber brother, who gave out a startled yelp. She whispered something in his ear, her tails flicking too and fro, he tried to say something, but a snap of her jaws silenced the normally chattery male. A few minutes passed, more silent bickering, and then all of a sudden, Amadeo disappeared, and she was left standing in the grass once again. She straightened up, then looked over her shoulder, to Acerbus, and grinned. "Now, where were we" she said with a sultry purr.
Not to be ignored, the speckled egg gave an irritated shudder, rattling, and then jumping up and down. Egg tantrum, always entertaining. Rolling side to side, and then circling the two kitsu's the egg demanded attention.

The squirrel like male blinked before arching a brow as Carrara's scarf slithered off of the female and wrapped around his body. Odd scarf, very very odd scaf. His attention was quickly turned back to the female as she pounced upon her brother, soon sending the male away in a pop. The orange male blinked once more, before a grin spread across his muzzle. "I believe I was complimenting you." Before the grin upon his face could grow his ears gave an irritated flick. Lime eyes darting to the spazzing spotted egg. What the hell was WRONG with it? The little male growled, stupid stupid egg.

Carrara, quirked a brow, and stood by Acerbus. She too watched the egg with intense red eyes. Her lip twitched, her tails flicked. "Amadeo's gone, but that, is still here" she growled lightly, causing the egg to wiggle, almost in a mockingly, causing Carrara to growl again. She took a deep breath, and focused on Acerbus, hoping the egg would go away. "Your quiet flattering love" she smiled lightly at him, her tails swaying. "Why dont we go for a walk? Away from hopping eggs" she shot a glare at the egg, which was currently wibbling around.

Acerbus stood silently for a moment, his eyes fixed upon the egg. Oh please don't let it come near him. He'd much rather kick it off a cliff or into the ocean, but that might be regarded as a bit...harsh. "Hm?" he lifted his head away from the egg as Carrara started talking to him. "Oh? Away from the egg? Sounds wonderful."

Carrara chuckled lightly, and nipped at his ear softly. Her scarf still hung around the orange male's neck, she tugged at it lightly, but it just quivered and remained where it was. Her left eyebrow rose, at her curious attire. "Hnn" She shrugged. When it was ready it would come back. She padded onwards, in no particular direction, just any way to get away from the black and white egg that seemed to be following them. As she headed off, she couldnt help but notice, the egg slowly rolled after.
Her ear twitched.
"you've gotta be joking me" she mumbled under her breath.

An ear flicked as it it nipped at, a grin upon the male's maw. "I guess it really likes me." he uttered as he tugged lightly at her scarf around him, which did not seem to want to leave his person. "I suppose I'm going to have to all day and night with you until it comes off." a chuckle. Acerbus followed alongside of her, the grin not leaving until she mumbled under her breath. "Can you climb?" he soon asked, turning his gaze back to see the egg rolling after them. "Because I'm pretty sure an egg can't get up a tree." His tails twitched. Climbing was something he was an expect at. Especially climbing trees.

Carrara arched an eyebrow at Acerbus, then chuckled "I think its a new accessory for you, at least until it gets bored" she tilted her head to the side. "Climb? Not entirely, but i have a float spell. Thinking of doing some tree top sight seeing?" she asked with a amused expression on her features. "Lead on, my tree-top king" chuckles.
