This large dominateing structure resides where the old hokage Faces used to be. The faces were destroyed durring the war when Pain Released his kinjutsu onto konoha village. The mountain was turned into a huge citadel protected by the buildings.The palace contains a speical material that suppresses a person's chackra except in certain areas like the escape tunnels or in certain spots in the Throne Room.

Pein was sitting in a chair waiting for Konan and Tobi to show up so they could continue there plans on how to rid of the resistance. Just thinking about the resistance made him angry though he could hide this emotion, and every other emotion for that matter, very well.

A beeze flew through the palace, with many hundreds of peices of paper floated on the wind. The wind died out side pein's room, and the paper formed into the body of a young woman with blue hair. Konan appeared seconds later as the last peice of paper attached itself to her hand. She then entered the room feeling the effect of the mineral inside the palace that supressed chackra. I wonder what pain wants now, probably he wishes to discuss how we are going to rid ourself of that resistance. she though as she walked towards him.

Finally someone has come, Pein thought. "So any news on the Resistance?", He asked Konan as she took form and walked in.

"unfortunately there is no word on the resistance, and Kiri is still resisting our control although they have not troubled the empire." Konan said looking at pain bowing slightly. "There is also the issue of the five tails, we still can't find it and the jinchuriki is still missing." She added refering to tobi's youngest child who ran away 3 years ago.

Pein thought about this for a moment and then said, "I will send all of my other bodies out to all the main countries, and send rain to detect where she is. It won't take long to weed her out. As for the resistance, I think its time we send a spy to find out some more information on their attacks, do you have any recommendations for who should go?"

"If it were possible i would recomend hanji however like us he is easily recognized since he helped fill our ranks durring the war." Konan answered simply. "and Mandra has little intrest in such affairs." Konan added knowing tobi wouldn't be very intrested in finding the resistance, or his daughter.

"Tobi may not like it but I'll be asking him to go out to find his own kin. And I'll put a transformation jutsu on him so no one recognizes him. So if you know where he is tell him I need him here immediately. ", Pein said getting fed up with both the resistance and the jinchuuriki that is likely hiding in it.

"As you wish." konan said calmly bowing to pain again her body seemed to be falling appart again as lines began appearing paper began floating from her skin and clothing before a brief wind picked up and konan vanished from sight in a blizzard of paper butterflies, and birds.

As she left, Pein's five other bodies appeared. Since they all shared one mind they all knew that they were to spilt up and head to either sunagakure, kirigakure, amegakure, and the two not going to those places who go together and try to find the resistance. They all nodded knowing the plan and dissappeared as fast as they had appeared. The Pein meant to stay in Konoha stood up and walked to the window, and as he stood there rain began to fall, and while it fell he could tell if someone was leaving the area or entering.

Mandra entered Pein's room in the cathedral, not bothering to knock on the door, in a burst of wind and leaves. He scanned the room for Pein who was standing at the window and walked toward him. As he did so he said in his new low pitched voice "You have matters in which to discuss with me in regards to my daughter, Takari, and Houkou and the Resistance?"

The rain stopped as pain was sure that the five tails was definately not in the forest village.
"To further our plans in domination of the rest of the shinobi world, and keeping ourselves one whole nation, we need the rest of the bijuu, so we need to find your daughter the five tails. I think its best if you were the one to go out and find her, and the resistance too.", He said still staring out the window, seeing through the eyes of his other bodies in the other villages. He then turned and waited for Madara to answer.

Mandra stood in his place for a moment or so contemplating on what his objectives were. As he though to himself he came to the conclusion: he had no choice. If the Akatsuki wanted full domination they needed to recover Takari's bijuu before the resistance. And if he could take out one of the resistance at the same time, well that would just be a plus for him. Tell me, through your eyes, where should I begin the search for the Houkou?" he asked Pein. He wasn't in the mood for referring the Houkou as his "daughter."

"She's not in any of the main villages or amegakure.", Pein told him and then as he saw something more he added, "Not near here, old suna or amegakure, My bodies are still checking around old kiri and many of the smaller villages". Pein then starting thinking about how it must be raining almost all over the nations now searching for the Houkou. It took alot of chakra out of the six bodies but it would be worth it to find the girl and the resistance. More war was upon them and Pein didn't exactly like it but if this one war would stop war forever it would be worth it. "I also have other shinobi searching around but they haven't gotten any further than that. So you should leave soon so we can finally find her. But before you go take this", Pein said and then tossed Madara a large scroll, "You can use that to summon me when you find the resistance...I want to be there".

Mandra caught the scroll that Pein had tossed to him, he stuffed the scroll in his cloak. "I will begin my search in Kirigakure. From there I will search Sunagakure and so on until I find it." he said to Pein as he turned to the door to leave. And he disappeared in another whirl of wind and leaves. [ *exit to streets*
