You want this? Well, you have to earn it first. I need someone to make me a badge for the gym I plan on opening soon. The one that looks best gets the fancy hat.
Rules:
It has to be small enough to fit easily in a signature or journal within reason. Something close to the size of a DS game card, but no smaller.
It has to fit a certain design theme. I am going to be running a desert gym, so I need a badge that shows some relation to the desert. A precious stone, glass, marble, or an oasis for example.
It has to be simple. Seeing as it's going to be so small, the design can't be too terribly complex. This doesn't mean that I'm expecting crap; simple can look good.
Well, now that the limits are set, go forth and design my gym's badge.

Well, here's just one design for right now.  I have two more designs planned, but I think this is my best one from the black and white sketches.

You both got the size perfect, and Bluix's badge looks pretty good.
No offence meant fiery, but looking at yours is giving me a headache. Plus it really isn't something I'd imagine pinned on someone's vest...well, not a sane person, anyway.
