Ok what this translates to is the following
Name of the Clan (usually your last Name)
The village your clan originally hailed from
The most defining atributes the clan members have physically
The type of Kekkai genkai (Dojutsu, hijutsu ect.)
The Elements that Your clan Specialized in using or the elements that you can use (For combined elements it would be Fire+Water-=Steam, Air+Water=Ice)
This tells how many people are left of that clan (Please no lone survivors or clans that were whipped out)
The Most recognized jutsu the clan uses in combat (Please include a Name Ranking, and a description of the jutsu)
