See, our teacher, Stucki will give an assignment a "Q" stamp if it isn't good enough, and hand it back. Then we have till the end of the quarter to turn the "Q" back in, but with a copy attatched that we made better, and we can get full points for that.
The problem is that people have been kinda turning in crap lately, and he's all pissed at us. And today I was supposed to write an essay, but I didn't have sources, so it turned out to be two paragraphs, and he got kinda mad when he saw it.
Discussion:
Ever had a teacher who dun like you? Was there an obvious reason? (Like in my case)
How about assignments you've BSed
Taking and AP classes? If so, what?

I got my wisdom teeth out about mid November so I had to miss Thursday and Friday of one week. Unfortunately for me, that friday my history teacher assigned a two page essay on the War in Iraq and the pros and cons of possible options for what the US should do. he gave it to me monday and said i had until the end of the week, which was really reasonable.
I never got around to doing it because i was busing doing other stuff (*cough*gaia*cough*) and i just kept putting it off. Finally, on the last day of the quarter (the second week of december) my teacher comes up to me and he's like "I just wanted to let you know that that essay counts as 2 tests grades and your average in my class is now a D-, but if you turn in the essay you can still get half credit."
so i panic to get the essay done on time and i ended up turning it in right before 8th period of the last day of the quarter. I managed to pull my grade up to a C+ because I got an A- on the paper (of course he took 50% off after that for it being late). That is the worst grade i've gotten in my life but oh well. I wasn't even in school for that discussion we had in class about the pros and cons. i should not have had to do that stupid paper!!

what kind of 'Q' is it? is it like a pretty one, or is it big, bold, and obnoxious?

Well, it used to be the word "QUALITY" in block letters, but now he got a prettier one. Plus he uses red ink.
Once a student stole the stamp, and stamped a Q on every day of his calendar. And then when the teacher went to get it from her, she stamped him on the hand. When he got it back, he stamped her back on the forhead. It was really funny . . . I'll probably get my own Q stamp and stamp my brothers with it once I'm out of AP Geography!

Teacher: *Hands paper with Q*
Me: "Hey... Can I get this in blue? Maybe in Ariel Format?"
(Then from that point I'm guessing he would take it as trying to mess with him. When really I just wanted a blue 'Q')

Knowing my teacher, he'd probably just call you an explotive moron, and make fun of you the rest of the year sweatdrop
And yes, he does use the word "explotive" in the place of swears.
