 Welcome to Roxxy and Manny's Rowdy Roadhouse at the edge where the drop off into the dark abyss of the sea, into all darkness.. where the creepy things live! This establishment is here to offer those betas who live their life on the wild side: a place to cool their heels.

This is Roxxy and Manny's bar, so if you piss either of them off; they RESERVE THE RIGHT to have your beta bounced. So, don't be huffy if that happens as a result of behavior they get sick and tired of.
All betas are allowed in here; just as I said previously.. if you have one who happens to rub the owners the wrong way.. they'll find themselves in a world of hurt.
When you are entering hte rp or introducing a new character, Please try to include a url'd linked name. This will let everyone be familiar with them. Also... everything in this thread is linear. If you are going to be gone for days on end... your final post needs to have some kind of brackets explaining what you want to happen after you leave. so that the people who have characters with yours tied up.. can worked out of it to move onto other rp situations. If multiple people all wanna be involved with a single incident, then there needs to be a posting order made!!!

The Bar is at the far depths as already explained in the first post. Now, when you approach it, it is inside a cluster of huge boulders. The boulders make almost what could look like a cauldron from above. This bar looks like a country western kind of place. There are shrimp shells all over hte floor. There is darts, pool, drinks... Neon lights.. Lots of loud music... There is smoking allowed. There is lots of swearing and premiscuous behavior there.
Behind the bar, Roxxy stands there, cleaning some glasses while they wait to open their doors for hte first time. She double checks under the bar several times to be sure her firearms are there. Sure, she had hired a few bouncers to be there. Not to mention she knew Manny would be more than happy to make quick work of anyone who had a few too many drinks. Noone would get away with destroying their place and leave with their limbs attached properly. Roxxy wasn't afraid to shoot her guns off. No sirrree!!!
Nessa was there wrapping an apron around her waist. She stuck some little shells over her front, as not having yet foudn a shirt or anything appropriate to wear to the bar. She was excited. She had sent a message to her Frat boy buddies about the opening. She hoped they would come. They would see her in all her party girl glory. She smiled as she went to turn the sign in the window on. She unlocked the door looking out to see if anyone had come for their opening.

Max, decked out in his tight fitting black shirt, came swimming into view. His build showing brilliantly as he swam towards his destination. He had heard this up and coming popular location was going to be in need of some staff. He had been asked to join from who, he wasn't sure. There was something about his superiority complex, and his great looks. They thought he seemed a little intimidating. Worked for him.
He saw a female by the door as he swam up. He looked at her a few moments. He had her name a few times in the past through his father's friend. Apparently they had met. He had a sneaky suspicion his father had set the whole meeting up. "Hello there." He said as he came upon her, running the back of his fore finger down the entirety of the side of her face.

Nessa stood there with eyes about to roll out of their sockets. So this was the guy Roxxy had arranged to come to the bar? Another lunar.. and totally ripped... If there was one thing that girl couldn't resist.. a totally ripped guy. Hence her ever addicted and compulsive friendship with the frat boys. Her whole body followed his finger and she almost swooned. She would have if she hadn't caught herself and resisted the urge.. only for the point of not making a complete dork of herself. "ah! Are you the gentleman who came to see about the bouncer job? Roxxy keeps a few pistols around here; but she said some muscle will help keep everyone in line too." She smiled and stretched her arm out a little leading him up to the bar where she would let Roxxy take over.

Max simply nodded, and used his dark eyes to give her all smile she needed. He loved to play with other people, and the eyes was the way to go. It was perfect, she had her eyes glued to him, a few gestures and she was his. He was practically guaranteed the job now. His father taught him well.
He swam trough the front door and into the bar. It looked a bit dull, but most bars did when they were empty, and it was before any lights had been turned on. But it allowed him to see the one he was scheduled to meet, or he assumed it was her. She was washing glasses. He slowly made his way to her, then propped his elbows on the bar table and leaned across towards her. "Roxxy right?"

She squinted her eyes a little looking him over. He had in fact inherited Antonio's genes for sure. Max seemed slightly bigger build, but then, didn't sons out do their father's sometimes? Roxxy made a mental note to rub that in at some random point in the future. She grinned as seh put the glass away. "Yep! Howdy-do partner! I am Roxxy. I know we dont' look like much yet, but then we aren't even open yet. I'm sure with lots more voices, some booze, and music.. this place will be kickin."
She swam around to the other side of the bar and held up a hand for him. "Do your manners match your stares? I hope they do. But, it's ok. I don't mind a stare down." She just winked as she waited for him to kiss her hand. She of course thought everyone was supposed to do that.

Max watched closely as she swam around the counter top and then stopped before him, with a hand out reached. He wasn't sure if this would be a place for him, but he defiantly saw the potential here. He wanted to be part of all the action, become famous too. As much as Roxxy's personality wasnt something he sought in a mate, or a nights fancy, he did find her voice to sound true, and she defiantly had the hints of she knew exactly what she wanted.
Her took her hand in a firm grip, to shake it, but her body was not set up for a shake, he knew exactly what she wanted, and he didn't want to burn any bridges. "Well its nice to meet you ma'am." He brought her hand to his lips and lightly pecked the top of it.

At first, she was starting to think he wouldn't do it. After all, such forward acts of attention soliciting were usually more of a test. It tested to see if the giver would even give at all; and if they would, how did they give it? What was their attitude? All these things mattered to her. She was a girl who did in fact know what she wanted. She also never took no for an answer; and she caused a raucous whenever she didn't have her way.
Then, he finally did it. Even as little as he did, he still gave in to her will. That pleased her very much. She rewarded it with a wide grin, and a cocked eyebrow. "Yeah. Ok. I think you'll do just fine. Welcome aboard ... Max was it? You came with high recommendations. I hope you live up to them."
Then she swam closer so noone else would hear what she would say next. "Look... Manny is a dear, but sometimes he has a bad habit of flirting with other girls in front of me. If that happens, and I tell you to do something. Be a chap and just humor me. Other than that, all you have to do is make sure noone gets out of hand. Unless it's me.. then i can break whatever I want. If i say someone has to go, that's that. When the place is slow or not having too much mayhem, you are welcome to free drinks and eats. Consider it your pay..."
She swam back around the bar and then waved Nessa over.

 Loud, boisterous laughter echoed in from outside, and Manny pushed the doors open, swimming in and trailed by a slightly smaller, but no less attractive light blue NM. "So, this is the place, and watch out for Roxxy, she'll swallow you whole!" Another loud round of laughter, to which his companion chuckled slightly, until noticing that the bar wasn't quite empty. When Manny realized that his companion was no longer laughing, he looked around and spotted Roxxy. Oh, and Nessa, but Roxxy would require attention first. Slapping his friend on the back to send him forward a bit, Manny hollered out, "Yo, Rox! Meet my hombre, Mendocino!"

Roxxy gave Mendocino a brief and playful wink. Then, she looked over at Manny. "So, you just gonna stand there like you lost your mind? Or, you gonna get your a** over here, and pay your dues like you better!" She cocked an eyebrow at him and held a hand out for him to come and kiss it. Princess complex? Sort of but not really.. still, any guy she approved of was required to do it at least once sometime in every meeting.
Then, her eyes wandered back to Mendocino and looked him over. "You here for a job as well? and, just how do you think you'll serve me well?" Then, she looked at Nessa. "Ness... why don't you talk to Mendocino for me... I'll be happy to see what you think of him."
Nessa just grinned. She had actually already been looking him over. Her color choices in males were either blue, purple, black, or white. His stunning blue caught her eye the moment he had come in the door. Roxxy just gave her the opening she had wanted. She swam up without hesitation. "Hi there. I'm Nessa. What's your name?" She smiled friendly at him.

While Nessa kept Mendo's attention, Manny made his way to Roxxy, eyebrow raised. "C'mon, cut the boy some slack, will ya? I figured you could use an extra set of hands when the going gets busy, helpin' you out behind the bar or some s**t." With that, he scooped up the offered hand, but instead of kissing the back of it, he turned it over and flickered the tip of his tongue against the palm of her hand.
Completely missing the goings-on with Manny and Roxxy, Mendo simply smiled back at Nessa. "It's Mendocino, but most folks just call me Mendo." His voice wasn't half as raspy as Manny's, definitely more melodious. "Manny didn't tell me about you..."

Nessa made a roll of eyes and then a look of apology in her eyes. Then, she took him by the arm and led him over towards the jukebox where she could talk with him not so in earshot. "Glad to meet ya. And... yeah. I try to stay out of that guy's radar. I see plenty how he is with Roxxy. I don't need my boys like that. And.. I got me guys of my own to be with. Plus.. have you been around them when they are in the same room? She's only brought him by our place once or twice... but let me tell you... the kind of girl she is.. I bet it's always like that..." She glanced back at them rolling her eyes, nodding her head in affirmation. She had to smirk. She knew was what coming next.
Roxxy had been busy all day for what came next. She then, pulled out a little metal piece out of a box under the bar, and, she pressed it into manny's shoulder with her free hand. Her eyes batted their lashes at him, and her arm got goosebumps from him greeting her like that. She pulled closer to him, blowing gently on his ear. "Miss me much? cuz, you sure don't act like it..." She purred as she pressed harder on the iron, thinking a brandish was what he needed. Heck. if she had her way; she'd put brandishings all over him.
