Dimi waited on the shore for her friend Naki to get there. She chose to wait for him before chasing after the seagulls. THe beach was so prett with the little white ends of hte waves washing up almost to her paws. Dimi noticed how Trii played with the other little crabs, she also noticed how special Trii was since she was the only blue one out of hte crowd of red. Maybe that's why those little crabs were so fascinated with her...

Naki got stood slowly up off of the jetty, stretched, and scratched at a flea. The fishing boats were all still at their docks, and clouds floated lazily overhead in blue skies.
He'd heard that his friend Dimi was in town, and that meant it was time for playing! Things had been boring in Kyushu without any others around, chasing seagulls and splashing in the surf wasn't as enjoyable without a friend. He knew where Dimi would be too, she was most likely waiting at the beach they had met at!
He jumped down onto the soft sand, Yadokari the crab clinging to his fur to stay aboard him. With a smile on his face, he trotted along the beach heading for the small bay that marked their meeting.

Snapping out of her thoughts of the crabs and their world Dimi saw a bright rainbow of colors trotting her way.
"Naki!!" she squeeled and started running towards her beloved friend.
((sorry, i have to go eat dinner! D: i'll back ni while, we can just "tag" eachother when we reply, if that works for you :3))

Naki had been snuffling in the sand with his nose as he walked, looking for something interesting that may have washed up on the beach, but he was snapped back into reality when he heard a loud squeal and his name being called.
He looked up, and there was Dimi racing toward him! She was here after all! Naki laughed and ran up to her, jumping in the air all around in his excitement and nearly falling over into the surf.
"Dimi!! You're here! How cool! I've been sooooo booooored!" As he finished the last statement he flopped down into the sand to demonstrate just how bad it was. Yadokari scuttled off of him angrily and out onto the sand.
"How've you been? Have you seen any cool things??" Although Naki had so far been too nervous to leave his island home, he still enjoyed hearing tales of the other islands.

"All sorts of interesting thigns are going on! Like i went ot Honshu, though i don't know why so many kuniku had gathered there, and there was this huuuuge storm! So we all had to find shelter so we wouldn't be swept away in the water! And back on Hokkaido I met a new kuniku, her name is Tenka, she isn't like any other kuniku I've ever seen! She's got wings AND is full grown!! O:" Dimi rambled on and on about the recent events, then finally, with a hint of ADD kicking in, she said "Ready to go chase some seagulls?!" 8D

((We should probably make this rp set before the storm, for plot reasons you'll find out later lol xD))
Naki tried to listen to what Dimi was saying, but she was speaking so fast he was finding it quite difficult! He heard the last part however, and he jumped up off of the sand.
"I'm more than ready!! I know where they'll be too, down by the rock pools! Follow me!" The last part of this sentence was muffled as he reached down into the sand and grabbed Yadokari up in his teeth, before racing toward the rock pools as he was buffeted by the surf.
The seagulls always hung around there if they weren't at the docks, and today not much fishing was going on so they wouldn't be. The rock pools were interesting just by themselves anyway, he could always manage to find crabs or starfish!

With a leap and a bound they were off running ot what Naki called hte Rock pools. I wonder what those are.. are they pools with lots of rocks in them? Dimi was a little bit confused, but anyway it had to be fun, otherwise they wouldn't be going!

Naki could see the rock pools up ahead, where the sand gave way to slippery rocks full of all kinds of exciting sea-filled secrets. Scrambling up the side of a rock and trying not to slip on the algae Naki turned to look back over his shoudler at Dimi. She looked a little confused, maybe she hadn't seen rock pools before?
"These are them, Dimi! C'mon, Trii will like them!" As he said this Yadokari fell from his mouth, and began to nibble at the algae with with large claws.
Naki clambered his way on to the top of the rock and stood looking into the wind coming off the ocean, sea spray hitting him in the face. He smiled, he really did love the ocean! And it was even more fun with a friend!

Now with some uderstanding of these crazy rock pools Dimi bounded up next to Naki, dropping Trii in near Yadokari. She was instantly greeted by stining water on her face.
"Just like home, but warmer!" she shouted over the roaring waves. After rubbing the spray out of her eyes, Dimi looked to her left and saw the seagulls.
"They're a lot bigger than i thought," she said right before bounding over towards where they all seemed to be sitting untouched by the waves.

The seagulls spiralled in the air and were scattered across the rocks, picking with their beaks at any fish that had been washed in with the tide and stuck in the pools. Naki laughed at Dimi's comment, he supposed the seagulls were a lot larger than the little song birds of Honshu! Maybe a Pelican would come by, and then Naki could show her how big birds really got!
He followed Dimi as she bounded toward the birds, and let out a bark that sent them flapping into the air. He jumped up and snapped at one, but it was already out of reach. He didn't mind- he wouldn't want to hurt them anyway! Just a bit of fun was all.

While waiting for some of the birds to come back down after spiraling upwards, Dimi decided to jump into the salty surf. Flailing her legs around Dimi was able to splash water at Naki.
"Hahaha! Let's have a water fight! Bet'cha can't beat me!! 8D" Dimi shouted playfully at Naki. It was so much fun to visit other kuniku sincem ost of them were not able to stand her home island's weather for very long.
