Well, first off you need [Red-Eyes B. Dragon]. Muhahaha!
. . . .
3 Red-Eyes B. Dragon 2 Red-Eyes B. Chick 3 Masked Dragon 1 Twin-Headed Behemoth 2 Destiny Hero - Dasher 2 Double Coston 1 Sangan 2 Mystic Tomato
2 Creature Swap 3 Stamping Destruction 2 Ancient Rules 2 Swing of Memories 1 Mystical Space Typhoon 1 Heavy Storm 1 Premature Burial 2 Reload 2 Foolish Burial
2 Birthright 1 Call of the Haunted 1 Mirror Force
Total = 36
Note: I DO NOT suggest adding [Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon], once you have that card in your hand, Special Summoning is now render useless for he needs to be in the Deck.
Before you use this idea, rethink what cards to add and/or remove. Speed doesn't look so good.
Battle Tips: - As you can see, it helps focus on Summoning [Red-Eyes B. Dragon] - While you have [Destiny Hero - Dasher] in the Graveyard, you can activate [Reload] during your Draw Phase. ((Don't know if you can activate it after or before you actually draw the card.))Quote: If you have 2 "Destiny Hero - Dasher" in your Graveyard, and you activate "Reload" during your Draw Phase and draw 2 or more Monster Cards, you can activate the effects of both "Destiny Hero - Dashers" in a chain. My Fake Card Twin-Headed Red-Eyes B. Dragon (Dark) Lv.8 [Fusion/ Dragon/ Effect] "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" + "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" Each turn, this card can attack as many of your opponent's monsters equal to the number of "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" in your Graveyard. Halve the Battle Damage if this card attacks your opponent directly. ATK: 2600/ DEF: 2400

Interesting fake card, Xyrho. To add onto what you posted, I'd add Black Fire Bullet for some extra damage. There are already plenty of ways to resurect Red-Eyes so getting it out won't be too much of a problem. And you're going to need plenty of attack protection (Dimminsional Fissue, Sakuretsu Armor, maybe Rush Recklessly, etc.) Oh, you can also try to theme the deck around Normal Dragon-type monsters and include Luster Dragon, Hunter Dragon, Non-Spellcasting Area and related cards. Good luck with the deck!
