 If there was one thing Ankoku Seijin would say about things since he'd arrived here, it would be that he'd been horribly bored. Other Nightmaren were hard to find, and Angelics seemed even harder to locate, both of which were involved in his favorite pastimes. At the moment he'd broken a hole in the ice over a pond and dragged a fish out so he could amuse himself with getting a "fish-eye" view of things with his Power... but the fish was fast suffocating in the frigid air. And it didn't even vocalize its distress... how horribly boring. With a sigh he simply slit the fish's belly open and pulled out its insides to snack on. At least it made a decent meal.

Wyvern padded slowly through the snow. He shivered lightly, and knew not a clue what or who he'd meet with today. He flickered his ears every once in a while, 'looking' around.
Ugh..boring..
He stopped for a moment, the sound of...running water? How so? He knew he wasn't near the open water, from the trees around him..Maybe there was something else out there? One of his tails wiggled a little, and he started to slowly advance his way toward the sound that made him curious.

Seij lifted his head when he heard something approaching, reaching out with his mind to try and "see" through their eyes in an effort to identify what, at least, it was. But he didn't "see" anything... which he found delightful. Another Nightmaren! Perhaps some conversation? Or better yet, a mind to warp. Something to do at the very least.
"It's rather rude to sneak up on people, you know." Not that the other was necessarily trying to sneak up on him... but that wasn't the point now, was it? "Please, do tell who it is I seem to have the honor of greeting?" The other couldn't see his not-quite-friendly leer, but he did it all the same.

Hmm? This one..smelled of his own kind! He smiled, taking two more steps before stopping. "Wyvern~", he spoke, chuckling. "I do apologize, I haven't ....'seen' another of our kind in quite a long while..It took me more than I should have to figure out what you were."
He chuckled softly, scratching the back of his head. "And who might be the one asking me the questions, hmm?"

Seij sighed gustily. "Ah! It seems quite strange to me, to find our kind so few and far between. I'm used to having many others around to... socialize with." Saying "to entertain myself with" might not be the best way to start off the conversation, hmm? "I am Ankoku Seijin. Most tend to call me Seij. It's rather a mouthfull, especially for those Nightmaren afflicted with that hereditary lisp many of us seem to get..."
There weren't any other creatures around that were awake from which he could glimpse the other. He seemed in good humor, at least, and perhaps good natured; in which case Seij would be very tempted to think up something horrible to do to him. But he would have to wait and see...

"Ohh..That dreadful lisp...I've grown out of it for the most part..I would slip up every once in awhile..", he smirked and tilted his ears, "Really now? I've yet to see quite a lot of our kind in my time living here..and it's almost been a year.."

Seij leered, once again unseen, though his current amusement with the other's ignorance might have leaked into his voice slightly. "Oh~ It wasn't here that I saw them. I'm from rather... far away." He flicked a runed ear, looking fondly down at the "Death" runic on his left foreleg. Or... facing it, at least, since he currently had no eyes to borrow to actually look at it. Death, hate, fear, pain... he couldn't help wondering if this one had ever encountered one of the four things written above his bloody paws.
"Oh yes. Very nice to meet you, Wyvern. I dare say it's rather boring out here, all alone. What's to be done for fun out here, if I might inquire?" It would likely answer his unspoken questions about the nature of this new Nightmare, getting an answer to something so simple. One's idea of fun could be a very telling thing.

"Oh really now? Far far away? Hmm..", he flickered an ear, then a huge smile crept on his face. "Well..There's this normal kitsu that lives with me..I love to give him a scare..it makes my day..I bet he'd be riddled with fright if he'd see two of us..", he chuckled and flickered a tail, waiting for his answer.

Seij went from mildly entertained to actually pleased at the other's response about having fun. A normal kitsu? He had no idea what that was... but he'd find out now, hmm? And scaring someone. Ah! To inflict fear upon others was something he dearly enjoyed. "Oh yesss~" He let the word draw out into a hiss. "Let's do go see this acquaintance of yours. He sounds most... entertaining." He leered pleasedly to himself.
