Artemis was a little bored, it was nice catching up with Ghost and she had been trying to find Bes, knowing that he was going to be about somewhere with Christabel and maybe even their children, if they were about. Oh it felt odd knowing that one of your children has just had their 2nd litter. Oh how strange it was.
She moved through the forest listening for any sounds that might mean someone was near. She loved her family but it pained her how she seemed to never see them. She would wander everyday just hoping to glimpse one of them but to no avail. Maybe today would be a lucky day? Or maybe it wouldn't. Either way the walks did her good, exercise was a good thing!
