Ok Guildmates It is time for class distribution and I need you upmost attention for when Gaia Battle begins we can be a powerful clan/guild I am dividing guild people Into the class groups I need you to message me on what class you are going to be in.
Leon will be an ice/water mage. But his main job is to make sure the captains and their underlings are running there division properly. Its the job of the underlings to make sure the captains keep doing a good job. Any reports, suggestions, etc. should be submitted to him.
Ok for those who will be Captains we will need you to start a thread for each of your own division because you will need to go through strategies and rules in your trade if you need and help or info on things please contact me. The first post in each thread should be the list if members in that class, and will be changed when member join or leave. Also we wont be having a Ninja/Archer captain since its a unknown class so be patient till that is confirmed fully on the other note and underling of a captain if you think that your captain is being unruly or not doing much please contact leon ALSO Keep to your own class forum no posting in other class forums or it will be deleted!!! If you need to talk to one of people in the other forums, there will be one big forum for everyone to talk. As well as a forum strictly for the captains of each class to converse. Also on this note I am in charge of hiring captains you will only be chosen if you have been active in the guild and in a class that has not been selected in as in to say you wanted to be a priest and no one is in it and you have been active I would choose you Leon has givin me this permission also we will need captain reports sent to leon when things are situated
There are only three ranks in the chain of command for each class. Captains report to Leon as well as maintain forums and organize events for there class. Vice captains make sure captains do there job correctly and report to Leon if they are doing something wrong. If the Captain is to be replaced its by one of the Vice captains chose via popular vote. The last rank is referred to as crew, and they are the blood of each class. 1 captain, and 2-3 vice captains per class group. members can be promoted or demoted if the captain or Leon decide it to be.
Warriors/Knights/Bezerkers~our close combatants the Blood of the clan they bleed we bleed with them without them we will be nothing they are the mucules that keep us going knowing no bound of power .

Healers/Priests~The caregivers of the guild the love that helps us all they are the ones that make shure we live or die they are the most helpful in the group they make shure no illness is to kill us no curse to stop us the are immunity our biggest strength the are what will keep us from most harm or revive us if one of us falls.

Note; You can only be a part of one class but you can change classes if you want, just let you captain know and make sure its ok to the from the captain of the class your trying to transfer to.

Just a reminder. There can be more then one person to a rank and more then 10 people to a class. The only exception is captains (1 per class) and vice captains (1-3 per class).
