What do you think of the new guild banners? Are they better or worse than the old ones?

Any ideas on making this guild better?

I noticed them I think the first day (I check this guild daily.) They look great. ^_^

I would like to see this guild become more active. Such as more active crew members, more active posters and so on. (This aint a diss to the active crew members and posters, but seriously don't count yourself as an active poster if you're just bumping that thread. >.<)

Maybe some updated guides? I'd be willing to help out with that.
