The little filly, moved about in a reserved fashion taking after both of her parents in manner. A filly so young as herself, shouldn't have been wandering around without an adult in fear of any sort of danger should happen but neither was her mother or father around often to care for her.. Instead of sitting around and waiting for them patiently, she had taken off by herself to explore her surroundings a little deeper. She figured it wouldn't hurt to do so.
When wandering however, she was delighted in discovering an open field full of wildflowers, that one just frolic, and play in. She didn't see anyone else yet, but she didn't mind the lack of company. It was.. rather peaceful! Butterflies flew her and there perching from one flower to another. With her head tilted to one side in a questioning stance, she watched as a blue butterfly landed on a sunflower nearby.
The temptation of batting at the butterfly proved more than alluring..

A white filly with a yellowish back and brown stripes across her back moved about boredly. She had a sister and brother back at home but siblings just got boring after a while and she wanted to get out and about, have some fun! Her mother was layful and her father calm and so Heather had a mix of them both.
She had been walking for what seemed like hours it was probably no more then about two or three minutes though. She was bored though and so time went much slower. It was a relief when ahead a filly seemed to be chasing something? At least looking at something though Heather couldn't see what it was. Curiosity is a strong feeling and so she went to have a look and the stranger and whatever it was she was looking at.
"Hey!" She called out, still not able to see the butterfly and assuming the filly was looking at nothing. Heather wanted someone to talk to and play with!

"Heather!" Edrian called after his sister, carefully avoiding gravity and not face-falling into the grass as he chased after her, "Wait for me, huh?" The colt skidded to a halt beside her after hearing her call out to someone, gold-yellow eyes blinking owlishly in the general direction before they caught sight of the other filly.
"Who's that?" he asked, lolling his head against his sister's almost affectionately as he watched the other child. The boy wasn't the most outgoing currently, more shy and withdrawn than anything else. The only ones he generally played with were his siblings, anyway.
"Do you know her, Heather?"

"Who knows who? Answering the strange soquili's question about herself. She had heard two voices, one of a male and the other a female. They weren't especially loud but within a silent filed like this, how could you not hear? She was sad to note that the butterfly had dlew off at the sudden intrusion of hooves, and voices. Well.. Maybe it'll come back! The thought was meant to be consoling.. But it was probably impossible.
Swerving around, she was surprised to see another two foals such as herself! It was a nice surprise~ Company always was. Trotting over to the two in front of her, she halted to a stop a few feet away. "I don't know either of you.. If that's what your asking." She answered but her eyes fell upon the foal with the strange wings and horn.
Her attention was quickly diverted from questions to other questions, "Ooh, what's that?" Fascinated with the wings and horn she had never seen before, neither on her mother OR father.. nor anyone else for that matter.

Heather looked back to see her brother racing after her, it wasn't unexpected but she thought she had got away without anyone else noticing. Oh well it didn't really matter that much, she loved her brother and her sister. Family was good fun!
"Hey Edrian, I don't know..."
The strange filly then turned and walked upto them her attention quickly turning to Edrian. Heather didn't think her brother was all that special for getting their mothers wings and horn, she was just as special so why was it he got the attention?
"Its only a horn and his wings. It isn't anything odd! Mother has them and our older brother and sister." Heather just stated it matter-of-factly as if everyone should know what they are. It was strange in her mind that this new filly didn't know!
