o____O; That... is very odd. I recommend you report this to a mod.
I have never heard of a glitch like that before in my life.

It's a glitch. A really really common glitch that has been happening a lot. I believe there's a developer you're supposed to PM. I'm not sure which one, so you could PM a moderator and ask. Don't report the marketplace glitch itself, because believe me, they've been there, read that, and might suffer breakdowns if they read one more PM reporting the same thing. It doesn't matter which moderator you PM, as long at it isn't a moderator assistant. Go to any forum and click on Forum Moderators until you find someone online. If there's no mods online, then PM someone offline and you will be responded to when they get online. Do not PM more than one mod, please wait patiently until he or she has the time to respond to your PM.
... My god, I spend way too much time in the Q&A.

This person told me to pm some person and I just did and I've read his comments and it looks like people are getting pissed off at him because he hasn't been online in a while and people have been waiting since Jan. 3rd. But yea, I can wait but I hope it doesn't take over a month.

Sometimes everyone needs a little break from Gaia. :/ Just because that guy isn't signed on doesn't mean he's not working on fixing the marketplace. It's entirely likely he doesn't need to be online to get it to work. Actually, it's probable. I imagine he told everyone to start PMing him because once the Marketplace is fixed, then he can start working on restoring items. But you have to solve the big problem before you can worry about fixing the little problems. If he worked on giving everyone everything back, more and more people would keep loosing their stuff and in the end, it would create even more work for him. I don't know how long it will take but everyone just has to be patient. Yelling and get angry doesn't help. If anything, it probably just makes him want to help out even less. :/ So you're not doing yourselves any favors...

One time, a long while ago, I bought something in the marketplace, and the item didn't show up - but I lost my money. It cost about 2,000 gold. I didn't know the persons username, so I didn't really know what to do. I asked for help in the Q&A, but I didn't really get any, and I just kind of forgot about it. I hope you get your money!

I hope you get your money!! I was trading with someone not too long ago and I had given them about 3K, a snow witch, and something else I don't remember and they were giving me a january thank you letter but when the trade was over, I hadn't gotten the letter. I just waited a while and then after about 10 minutes it showed up.
