I am sorry to say that this post is not up to our Haven standards for literacy.
We discourage the use of chat speak (meh, pwns) though your idea/question is great. Please edit your post and correct the grammatical errors ("her and Harry makes loads of babies") and the spelling error in the subject. (Youre).
Please insert ' where needed (don't for dont, etc).

Remus Lupin, no question. I admire him so much. He has to cope with horrible transformations of his body and mind every month, and rather then show him compassion for it most people scorn him. Does this make him bitter and angry at the world? Nope! He's even polite to people that are prejudiced against his kind, like Snape in PoA. So, I pick Remus because I have such respect for him.
Well, that, and I want to slam him into a wall and snog the bloody hell out of him. biggrin

It is and always will be Remus. I admire him as a person and as a professor. I hope one day my classes will appreciate me that much. Tonks was always my favorite female character so when they ended up together that was just a bonus.
However, just after Mr. Lupin my favorite would have to Snape. Not because I like him as a person or that he is in any way pleasant but because he is beautifully written.

I would have to say Dumbledore. As I am all for gay rights, I couldn't help but love this strong, independent homosexual character. biggrin
Besides he was much more complex than I ever could have imagined.

Neville, Ron and Cedric. Pretty much a three way tie.
Neville. I loved him since the first one, I just adore forgetful people. But I knew he would just shock everyone and turn into an unstoppable force the minute he challenged the trio. And then the St Mungo's scene clenched my love of Neville, and then the fact that he could have been the Chosen One. And then the seventh book. Oh Merlin, what a show from Neville. Rejecting Voldy even though it appeared he had won! Love Love Love.
Ron. Loved him from the first too. I always admired him for being friends with Harry, sticking with him and standing up for him. When Harry threw the badge at his head I actually screamed and stopped reading for two days. Then at the Ministry with the brains, so funny but then so scary. And the seventh book Ron makes me swoon. Holding hands while falling asleep in Grimmauld place, the locket scene, loving the House elves.
Cedric. From the third book, how Hufflepuff and Gryffindor had a match. And Harry fell off his broom and Cedric demanded a rematch, even though he won fair and square. Then in the fourth, humble about his win the year before, and helpful and understanding to Harry even though he was the true Champion. Saving Harry without even a second thought rather than win the Triwizard Cup. Then telling Harry to take the Cup. But they took it together *sniffs*
Well, will you have a look at the rambling of that.

Well. Remus is certainly taking a head on things.
And the reason Snape isnt on there is because there wasnt enough room. Sorry.
NEVILLE! ME LOVE NEVILLE! I agree completely with watarrmelonz on him...he is amazing....

My favorite characters are Snape and Sirius.
Sirius died defending Harry and he went to Azkaban for James and Lily. He tried to get revenge for them and was always so loyal. Just like the dog he transforms into. xd
Snape because of his dedication. He stayed spy for the Order even after Dumbledore was killed. He helped Harry, always thinking of Lily. He is such a complex character I can't help but love him. heart

Snape is probably the most complex character, maybe second to Dumbledore, though. They both have regretted actions and half of their purpose throughout the series is to atone for their problems somehow, ultimately death.
Sirius...is just cool! I love though, like what Vaughn said, his loyalty.

Remus is my first...like half the people in this topic. XD Mainly because I think he's such a complex character. Even with all he goes through, transforming every month and all, he still remains kind to everyone; I can imagine he has lots of pent-up rage, though, and he's got a mysterious past (i.e., before PoA) that he never seems to talk about. Plus his relationship with Tonks is fun to dissect.
After him, definitely Lucius Malfoy, although more fanon!Lucius than canon, I suppose; you know, the ones where he's suave, intelligent, rich, and evil. Yum. Then Bella, because crazy people are so fun. Then Sirius and Lily, who are tied. And that's about it. I like the older generations. ^^
