Ok so here is what is going on...
This is the guilds main forum it will work kinda as a Chatter Box.
Only a current Guild Moderator can make a topic a sticky or an announcement it is that simple. If I catching any one else doing it I will only warn them once then I will banish them from the Guild.

As a member of this Guild you will have access to almost all the forums in the Guild. Remember each forum is its own Guild. Also each Forum/Guild will have its own moderator these will be assigned at a later date. Also note that though some moderators will be of a higher rank than others I do not authorize any of them to demote or banish members. That power will be mine alone.
