Exactly what SunWuKung said. xD I took the liberty of throwing on some red lines as well: [x]I would also make her feet a bit bigger, and the arm behind her back would extend further down, till about mid-thigh. I'd also watch out for "lumpy lines" in places, as it makes the girl's figure look slightly odd. Hope this helps!

Really, the best tips I can give you for bare feet are just to find some pictures of bare feet and draw as many as you can. Don't erase, just do quick sketches to get the hang of the shapes and lines involved. Often, what I do in more stylized drawings is to simplify the toes to a basic shape; sometimes I just draw in the big toe, and sometimes, I just make a random wavy line to give the indication of toes. But yeah, just drawing a whole lot of feet and then trying to see the shapes involved is a good method, I think, for developing a way to draw feet. (:

I think it would help if you made the eyes the same height, though I'm not sure cause you seem to have a perspective thing going on.
Oh and for your feet problem, lookie this: http://cedarseed.deviantart.com/art/Big-Guide-to-Drawing-the-Body-15014442

Show more white of the eye, maybe, and like raise the eye lid enough so you have the same amount of the iris that is being covered on both eyes.
Does that make sense?
