Oh, my gosh, I just read THE BEST book. It's called 10 Things To Do Before I Die, and it sounds like it'd be sad or something, but it's really funny! It's about this kid who accidently ingests deadly poison and his friends make him this list of things he has to do before he kicks the bucket.
My favorite genre of books? Teen novels, I guess. Anything real deep and meaning full.
I don't really have any favorite authors. I read so much... My whole life is reading and writing, pretty much. whee

The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath, H.P. Lovecraft. It's pretty good so far. Some of it's a bit hard to understand, though. He goes off on these long rambles about the history of things sometimes, and you sort of forget where he is and what's going on.
I just got through with Stephen King's Needful Things. Really good. :] I love Stephen King.

I like all kinds of genres when it comes to books. When it comes to authors though to make it easier i read such books from Erin Hunter, Stephanie Meyer or JK Rowling.

i'm currently going through the harry potter series [again], while reading about six or seven books on the side.
i have to take advantage of the time i have before school starts again.
i just finished this really great one, "what came before he shot her". i forgot the name of the author, though.
i don't really have favorites when it comes to books, y'know?
the only favorite is my favorite book [como agua para chocolate, by laura esquivel]. other than that, no favorite author, genre, etc.
IF ANYBODY KNOWS SPANISH, I SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND THAT BOOK. c:

i've been looking for new books like crazywoah~
i'm in the middle of several at the moment, actually. i like reading mutliple books at once. XD
betwixt, which is really awesome, the whole concept is neat, but... its hard to follow sometimes, her writing gets a little "huh?"
rereading saving fish from drowning by amy tan, who's one of my favoritefavorite authors. we read 'the joy luck club' in english last year, and i actually really enjoyed it. xD
anddd, one called massive about a girl who's mom is anorexic and pushes it on her daughter and :3 its rather good, but kind of short.
my preference in books is really strange. i enjoy alot of historical fiction and fantasy, butttt. i'll read just about everything. XD
jonathan strange and mr norrell is also one of my favorite books. gonna reread that one next. shortest 800 page novel i've ever read, seriously. i was so sad when it ended.
@The Shindig: thats like my moms favorite book, ever. XD

My dad read me an exerpt of Jonathen Strange and Mr. Norrell. He really liked it. He's always travelling so he reads EVERYTHING. So the books he reads are usually only really good ones. He says one of his all time favorites is the Aztec series by Jennings and Kite Runner. He loves alot o' books though. Many he reads can get up to about 1200 pages. >>
