Alright, here's what's up with the face there.

You're doing the grid thing wrong. Even when you're using a grid, drawing relies on an ability to visually determine the proper proportions of one thing to another. I can't tell if this was idealization on your part or just a simple error, but you made the lips quite large and the nose a good bit smaller than it is in the reference photo.

The fact that you've left the upper lip completely empty makes the upper lip seem longer than it is in the reference photo. Put that facial hair in there. Put some detail in the upper lip.

Don't be afraid of drawing the nostrils. Just draw what you see. Draw what is there in the photograph, don't translate it into symbols and draw symbols instead of the actual anatomy.

You've also drawn way too hard here. Honestly? I would start over. Sketch lightly with pencil. Don't define the entire outside of the lips.

Draw the face in terms of value, not in line.

Chiaroscuro drawing. While this example does use lines, you'll note that the form of the figure is not defined by them, but by lights and darks - by value.

Then your heads are pretty much going to suck (!) If you can't put in the effort, don't expect a return.
