I took out the drawing because I started all over and fell in love with this new one. Its more of an Aristocrat/ hime loli.
Anyways, im submitting that and nothings stopping me smile

I think it is lovely, and once you get a cleaned up version with the colors outlined it will totally be awesome!

I just have a problem with the knees down. Loose socks +open toe shoes = no.

Maybe it's just me, but it looks a lot more gal-style than lolita to me. ^^;
Especially with the lack of a waistline on the dress and the socks/shoes combination.

Especially with the lack of a waistline on the dress and the socks/shoes combination.
Well ive seen lolita dresses that dont have a waistline at all. The cut is actually below the bust and just poofs out. Yeah I can understand what you mean by the socks shoes combination. Though im not done with that area because there are things i still have to add as part of the clothing, but ill finish that on photoshop.
