Name of Location:Tortuga prime, Description: Planetary dimensions measure at a plus 17 percent size variant to earth normal, gravitation readings placed at 1.3g earth normal. The southern pole measurements are at 10g earth normal, while the northern pole measures at negative 4g. There are 3 large continents, spaced at near equadistant positions around the equatorial region, with 4 smaller continents in the southern hemisphere. In the northern hemisphere, there are fifteen clusters of islands, with an average of four islands per cluster. Notable is strong volcanic activity across two of the four southern continents, as well as three of the island clusters. Providing a thick layer of greenhouse gases within the atmosphere. Location: Sector E-7 People: Small clusters of civilization can be found on one of the southern continents, as well as scattered across the equatorial regions of the larger continents, with some advanced industry present. Appearance of the indigenous race appears to be bipedal in nature, approximate height between 3-4 meters. Their living areas are located to what appear to be near perfect ruins of an advanced, star-faring civilization. Due to the close proximity to the Tortuga Prime Nebula, and the Ferengi Outpost, pirates have taken up residence here as well, making a stay here interesting to say the least... Climate: Average temperature at equator ranges between 70-90 degrees Fahrenheit, with tropical forest present across the equatorial belts of the larger continents, temperate forest interspersed with tundra regions further south of the equator on two of the larger continents, with a large desert dominating the southern region of the third. There is a large storm system over the northern pole, with average wind speeds ranging from 100-200 meters an hour. The possible cause of this phenomenon is the gravitational flux located at that pole. A thick atmosphere spreads across the rest of the planet, with a high proportion of nitrogen and raised levels of oxygen present. Carbon dioxide, and trace amounts of argon are also present. Resources: Tortuga Prime is rich in heavy metals and radioactive elements, with many large deposits of Dilithium. The indigenous race has developed processing facilities capable of mining and utilizing both Dilithium and the radioactive elements in the capacity of power generation. Additional Astronomical observations: Although the gravity of the planet is stable to a degree, there is a highly unstable belt of gravitational flux radiating from the northern and southern poles. There are also high density clusters of nebulous material in a varied orbit between the northern and southern poles, these clusters are generating high levels of radiation in both Gamma and Ultraviolet ranges, and have a mean temperature of 900 degrees Kelvin.

The voyage to the planet was no longer than any other, but the knowledge of impending battle made the trip unbearable. Fortunately, it was finally over. "Take us out of warp, Mr. Jericho, full impulse power. Be sure the cloak is up and that we're on red alert. Begin scans for Jacob." "Aye aye, Captain!" "Come out, come out where ever you are, Jacob..."

"Sensors show nothing yet, Captain." "Okay, scan again. Make sure you get every corner of this system." He took a sip of tea while he waited for the results of the scans. "This is a little weak, do try to fix that on the next one." "Yes sir. Nothing on sensors yet again." "Try it once more." "Yes sir."

"Do you have any thing, Jericho?" "Nothing sir. This system is clean." Captain Anderson nodded an acknowledgment. "Very well, you can check Tortuga prime off the list. Take us to the next area to be checked according to our plans." "Aye aye, Captain. It shall be done at once." The SS Eversor had gone to Tortuga as instructed and had found nothing. Now it flew to the Ferengi Outpost to continue to carry out its mission. The ship sped to the far side of the planet and moved away from it. As soon as i was far enough away it jump, in a flash of bright white light, to warp and raced towards the outpost.

The scan....
...showed absolutely nothing...
There were no cloaked ships in orbit around Tortuga Prime. It would seem that someone was duped, or had miscalculated in their deciphering of Jacob's message. But whatever the reason, their scans turned up nothing.
How irritating...

USS Endeavor NCC-80588 Captain Edward Braxton, Commanding
"Scan the system, Mr. Murdock. One last look over before we jump to the Ferengi Outpost. Be sure to match the SS Eversor's course and have it laid in as soon as we are ready."
"Aye sir, Scanning now.. Nothing is appearing that shouldn't be Captain. Course now laid in.
"Alright. Lets move on. Warp 7.5. . Engage."
The U.S.S. Endeavor engaged its warp as soon as it was clear of the system. It was making good time so for considering how much of a late start it had.

Darshendros the Eternal Several hours after departing the Ferengi Outpost at warp, the Raven arrived in the Tortuga system, coming out of warp close to the Nebula. The ship immediately went into cloak as it entered the nebula, impulse speed slowing to a crawl. "Now we play the waiting game," Grim said. "Keep making sensor sweeps to pick up on any transport vessels passing through. If my information was correct, they usually pass near or through the nebula on their way to deliver their goods." ((the nebula has it's own area.. next sector over I think))

Stardate: 63677.7 (03052010, TIME 0100) Current warp speed: 3
He again decelerates his warp speed from 6 to 3. He opens the sensors to indicate enemies' whereabouts. The results were found negative.
Entering Tortuga Prime's atmosphere.

As he probe around 50,000 miles from the ground, sensors indicate that indigenous peoples already inhabited in the Southern Hemisphere. Another scanning was initiated, civilizations were already established and they have technological breakthrough. The presence of several industries that make them advanced in terms of its innovation were evident.
Those indigenous peoples are somewhat smaller than me, at least. They are 1 meter smaller than me. I guess the inhabitants look like gnomes, dwarfs or elves.
There are tropical rain forests in the equatorial region. He just patrol around them all over. He doesn't want his feet to be messed up with muds in the wetlands. He has to watched over them.

Upon arriving in the Northern Pole, he stopped into one of the islands in the clusters and view the Nebula (90 degree overhead; zenith). It was a grasping impression to him. Thereafter he left to the Tortuga Prime and constantly moved to the Nebula.Calibrating Airspeed, Adjust to Warp 6, Engage....
[[Moved to Tortuga Prime Nebula, then moved to Ferengi Outpost for simple reconnaissance objective.]]

As the New Deal drops out of warp, Captain Marcus raises his shields begins a scan of the system, searching for Dilithium deposits and pirate activity. He also hails the Tortuga Prime Government. "This is the SS New Deal hailing Tortuga Prime, I wish to pick up 400 tons of dilithium for shipment to Deep Space 12," He says.
