My personal favorites include Uchiha Sasuke/Uzumaki Naruto, from Naruto, Harry Potter/Draco Malfloy, from Harry Potter, Horo/Ren, from Shaman King, and Sanji/Zolo, from One Piece.

...cuz the thought of McGonagal and Professor Flitwick naked and doin the nasty is enough to brutally slaughter any and all sexual desire and would eventually result in the extinction of the human race.
Except for those weirdos who get off on that stuff which would probably lead to some kind of weird mutant humanoid beings in a few centuries.
Come to think of it...that would be kinda cool.
And on a more serious note...few things tick me off more than when ppl make every single effing character in harry potter gay. I can accept Fred and George being experimental. I can accept everyone being curious. But to make them ALL blatantly gay and/or sex starved it makes my blood boil (unless it's a crack fic).
