So, how about a visual?
Adam Macross:
User Image
Usually carefree. Incredible marksman...and completely infatuated with guns.

Jerome Binx:
User Image
Big man. Cybernetic left arm and eye. Caught a grenade for Adam once. Maria had to reconstruct over half of the left side of his body...Bad family history with guns. Refuses to use them.

Maria Simone:
User Image
Geek. Hot geek, but a geek. She's possibly the sexiest person anyone could know, yet also the smartest. And she flaunts both. Prefers smaller guns and electronics.

Alltogether? The Trinity.

ok, this is a new game...so it requires EVERYONE. I know Vivi's pretty good at writing, I just found out Pippy's pretty good, and I like to think I'm pretty good.

So...I'm going to start a story...and whoever's next will add a bit on, and so on in a like fashion. Just make it up as we go! There's no set plot, we will make that! lets see where this takes us...

((My only favor, the three characters I introduced are Adam Macross, Jarome Binx, and Maria Simone. I ask that you not change their names...anything else is free reign.))

Mist swirled around the young caucasian gunman.
Yeah, thanks for the wildcard...
The pistol in his hand let out a low hum as the cylinder glows a soft red. He turned down the next corridor and swiftly yet silently he made his way to the end...
Then he heard it...
"Hey, you think you're bein' sneaky, don'tcha?"
The voice echoed around him.
"Aw, crap."
"Yeah, forgot I can read your heat signature."
"That's ok, Binx..."
He stood and turned the corner to see a dark man standing before him. The dim light shone off the bald man's head, not to mention his left arm. The glint of metal moving lit up the young gunman's face.
"I don't need to sneak to beat you."
The young gunman pulled up his pistol and fired a few rounds...each hitting Binx's left arm.
"C'mon, Adam...you know better. You're low energy shots don't work on steel!"
Binx reached out and grabbed a chunk of a blasted wall with his left hand, gears and piston could be heard in the process. As the concrete crumbled, he lifted a large piece above his head and chucked it at Adam, all the while simply using his left arm.
Adam, being much smaller and swifter, ducked the attack and began to run down a corridor...
Dangit, Maria...why are you're courses always like a laberynth?
Adam's thoughts rang in his head as the somewhat heavy footsteps could be heard behind him.
Upon reaching a T-split in the hallway, he jumped and kicked off the wall, hit the ground, and slid up towards Binx. Binx, trying not to lose momentum, jumped over him, leaving him open...
Adam fired three shots...one hit chest, one hit right shoulder, the other not ever hitting...but that was enough.
Binx spiraled and he hit the ground hard.

.:Simulation over. Winner: Adam Macross.:.

Adam stepped over and offered the fallen man a hand to get up.
"Man, Adam...Can't you just let me win sometimes?"
"Not on your life."
They both laughed a bit as the stepped towards the elevator. Adam spoke up as the door opened...
"Now, lets go see what data Maria obtained..."

"Hello, boys." Maria said impassively a few moments after she heard the ding of the elevator arriving. The sound of typing on a computer could be heard and then as her office chair swung around, the hispanic woman came into view. She wasn't your typical hispanic woman- her skin was fair from years of office work rather than deeply tanned like most of the women in her family and her hair was, Adam suspected, chemically straightened, even though Binx would argue otherwise.
"I'm just printing your files off now. You'll be able to look at the results in just a moment."
She didn't really make eye contact with either of them unless she was talking to them about something specific and it was important that they listen.
As the two men approached her desk she busied herself wheeling around on her little office chair and filing away documents in drawers, checking the computer and hitting enter occasionally, and then pausing for a moment as she realised that the files had been printed.
"Ah!" She uttered as she stood to gathered up the pages for them.
"Maria! Why you so cold all the time?" Binx joked with her.
She just smiled in response and handed them each the record of results.

The guys looked over the papers.
"Adam, you've really gotta work on your accuracy."
Maria had a tendency to scold...
"Hey, I take pride in my art."
He spoke, of course, of the designs he frequently left behind in the walls of the complex.
"Hey, is anyone else hungry?"
Binx interrupted.
"I say we discuss the stats later and get ta eats."
Adam only grins.
"I second. And I believe it's Maria's turn to cook."
Maria just kinda groaned as she stepped towards the kitchen.
"Mmmm...I still remember that chicken from last time! Much better than Adam's burnt fish!"
"One time. One time!"
Adam and Binx laughed as they each took a seat on the round inset couch located, of course in the center of the round room. This room was aptly located in the center of the complex...which just happened to be located in the center of the Zandarkan Dessert...(Ace talked me out of Mohave)

Tash stood in the elevator scanning over the two sheets of paper in her hand. one of the pages had been sent to print in her office. bing the elevator doors slid open and she could hear voices. "adam? Binx? Maria?" she walked through the rooms to the kitchen. The three of them stopped to look at her. "hey guys! um, i believe this is yours. it was sent to print in my office for some reason. they look like your data figures." she handed the sheet to Adam.
"Just in time for dinner. Want me to cook?"
Tash was an expert chef. She just ran figures, simulations, designed games and other gadgets for fun. She was a child prodigy. Her family was very wealthy and had sent her to the best schools in the best countries. Although their intentions weren't for her benefit. Her parents were so ashamed of their only child's abnormality they sent her away and pretended she didn't exist. Although she was 28, she had traveled most of the globe and climbed half of everest, just to see if she could. Tash had always been determined, but never big headed. She swore she would never end up like her parents.
" um.. sure! if it saves me from doing it!" Maria beamed at Tash. Adam and Jerome laughed. "what ya cooking for us tonight then Tash?" Jerome asked reading over the stack of papers.
"ahh.. lets see, what do we have in here?" Tash looked over the cupboards and in the fridge, pulling random tins, vegetables and meats out of various places.
"How does chicken fettuccine with roasted red pepper sauce sound to you guys?" She looked up at them from behind the kitchen counter.

"Mmm, just hurry up and go cook it! Just talkin's makin my mouth water!"
Binx grinned as he turned to lay back in the cushions, his right hand (the normal one) found its way to his smooth dark head. His eyes closed as he grunted.
"Adam, why don't we try a different simulation every now and then?"
Adam, already up and across the room at the console built into the wall near the elevator, couldn't help but grin.
"Cause maybe if you get familliar enough with this one, you might win a round or two."
"That's cold, man."
Adams fingers flew swiftly over the keyboard as he checked things out.

"Well, since Tash is going to cook for me, I think I'm going to take a shower. Later, boys."
Maria dissappeared down a hallway just as the sounds of Tash's cooking rose from the kitchen...

Binx jumped as an alarm went off.
"What the? Is it true?!"
"Yep. Looks like there's finally another job needs workin."
Adam sontinued to type as Binx hopped up and leaned over one side of Adam's chair. In no time, Maria was there, too...dripping. Adam looked up for a brief moment to grin at Maria...just before she grabed his head and turned it back to the screen.
"Eyes to yourself, loverboy."

Tash stuck her head out of the kitchen.
"Another job? Finally?!"
"Yep."
Adam grinned as he stood to issue the orders.
"Binx, you ready?"
"As I'll ever be."
"Good. Maria..."
He glances her over...
"...go put some clothes on."
"Oh, you know you like it."
Maria called as she dashed down the hallway back to her room.
"Yeah, well, meet us in the briefing room!"
Adam turned to look at Tash.
"Don't wait up."
He grinned as he reached into his pocket to flick out his shades, placing them on his face. He stepped towards the elevator with Binx close behind. The door opened and they entered...in no time they exited to a room with a table in the center, no chairs...a door across from the elevator, and another door on the left wall...the one most used from this room...

She watched as the left the room. She especially watched Binx. Adam and Maria already had something. and it was adorable. but there was something about Binx. Seeing him was the best bit of her day. But he would never find out. She kept things strictly professional.
Tash placed cling wrap over the prepared meals and put them in the fridge. She knew the three of them would be hungry when they got back. She did the dishes and moved into the lounge. She lay down where binx was previously and closed her eyes. "ah. its good they got another job. its about time." she said to herself. She rolled over to her side and fell asleep.

"You know, Binx, you might do better against me from time to time if you got a blaster upgrade for that arm."
"Adam, you know better. All I need..."
Binx put a large right palm on his metal left shoulder.
"...is right here."

About then was when Maria stepped through the elevator door.
"Well, it's about time you joined us."
"Yeah, well, you know use girls. It's good to make the guys wait a little."
Adam grinned and flicked a switch after picking up a remote. The room went dark and the table in the center lit up. A scene of mass destruction followed by the sound of many people screaming out...and fire and lightning everywhere...

"This was the scene two days ago in Kydo."
Adam began to explain as the voice on the screen lit up.
.:Behold, the power of the mighty Uroxion!:.
A man had appeared on screen, making elements seem to come from nowhere...
"This is James Douglas."
Adam clicked the remote, causing a profile to come up.
"You're average joe...who can call upon the "power of a god" and destroy large scale cities...like Kydo."
The flicked it again.
"This is all that's left..."
A scene of rubble and bodies charred filled the hologram...Maria put her hand to her mouth...

Adam turned the holotable off and the lights back on, tossing the remote on the table.
"He's on his way to Ellicor, and we've just been hired to stop him by the Hall Leader."
"Hall Leader?"
Binx dropped his jaw.
"You mean this is an official legal job?"
"Nope. That's why he hired us. We are to use extreme prejudice and any means necessary."
"Heh...My favorite words."
PostPosted: Thu Feb 07, 2008 6:43 am

"We wouldn't be doing a legal job." Maria nodded. "Our dealings with the government are strictly confidential. They expose us once, they expose all past jobs too."
Adam glanced at Maria admiringly.
"So we're dealing with a terrorist?" Binx clarified. "And what do they mean, 'power of a god'? We need all the information we can get."
Maria held up a hand to silence him. "Leave it to me." She said with the slightest spanish accent. "I can tap into the system and recover everything they have on a James Douglas. Passport, criminal record, even graduating class."
It wasn't that anyone doubted her ability. She proceeded to explain merely for Binx's benefit. He seemed nervous, or maybe anxious to get into a fight that wasn't simulated. Binx nodded in agreement. He knew she was cream of the crop. Best of the best that the Corp had to offer. He stared at the blank holotable in front of them. His problem was he was strictly business all the time, and didn't understand how Adam kept beating him in the sims. The two men were friends, but Binx always felt that Adam seemed to slack off from time to time.
Adam took command of the conversation, suddenly sounding very serious.
"All right. First thing tomorrow, Maria gets every shred of information we can find. We meet back here at Eleven hundred hours and form a strategy to catch this joker. Prepare and pre-empt him before he causes any more damage. We need what little rest we can get tonight. But right now-" Both Maria and Binx tensed slightly before Adam's voice returned to it's usual weightlessness. "I'm starving!"

The unnatural gleam of metal in sunlight was what woke Binx up the next morning. He groaned as he propped himself up into a seated position with his right arm. His eyes squinted in the stream of morning sun that was shining through a gap in the plain, slate blue-grey curtains of his quarters, while his dark skin seemed to glow slightly in the natural light. He pulled the drapes closed with the same arm that the light had been glinting off; his left, cybernetic arm. Good thing it functions pretty much like a normal limb. He thought. He'd heard of the detachable types and was given that option, but in a crisis he knew which he'd prefer.

After breakfast, he did a few exercises, then went to work. Back to the old elevator. When he got to the top, Maria was already at it.
"You're up early." He said. She groaned.
"I'm up late."
PostPosted: Wed Apr 30, 2008 10:09 pm

"Up late?! Don't tell me you've been up all night?!"
"Eh, I did actually get maybe an hour of rest. But the things I started finding just kinda...spooked me."
She pulls a drive from the console and spins in her seat, standing.
"So, where's Adam?"
Binx blinks. "You mean he's not up yet?"
"Uh-uh..."

The two march into Adam's room to find...nothing but a mess.
Maria groans. "It looks like he didn't sleep at all last night."
That's when they hear the elevator from the other side of the complex. The rush to see the door open...
Out steps Adam, clad in nothing but a pair of black boxers, holding his castor in his right hand.
"...What? We haven't worked in awhile...needed a bit of target practice."

Binx simply rolls his eyes...knowing full well that Adam always seems to hit the mark anyway...
