Cold again with piercing cries,
But lit up by someones eyes,
You try and try,
But just wish to cry,

Pain srikes at you,
Your broken heart screams at you,
Yet you smile as days pass,
And still you feel emotions surpass,

When you dream of dying faces,
And hear tragic cases,
You know its worse than yours,
So you keep it and calm the sores,

A heavy weight to lift,
Hoping it will drift,
Keeping secrets at ill wishes,
Held together like needles and stitches,

You wish to hide,
You hear it as though its right by your side,
Like poison killing you inside,
And you feed it helping it reside,

Please let it go,
Tell someone and let them know,
Holding this trauma is too much to bear,
It'll help you i swear,

Your tears will dry,
It'll be difficult but you still need to try,
My lips are sealed,
But you can ask to be healed.
