I'm thinking of entering the avi competition as a Time Lord. However, I want free impute before spending 1k just to find out there are parts that do not work. I'll see about getting impute from the general forum to see what non Whovians think. They'll be voting too.

Here's the summery:

"The Time Lords of Gallifrey led a life of peace and ordered calm. Protected by all threats from lesser species and civilizations by their great power." With the use of a devise call the TARDIS, Time And Relative Dimension In Space, the Time Lord would pass through the vortex that can take them to any time, and any planet. Always watching, never interfering. "But all this was to change. Suddenly and terribly the Time Lords faced the most deadly crisis in their long history."

But don't forget the Time Vortex!! =]
[Aka: Celestial Wrap]

The best that I can come up with the vortex is the spirit effect on the ground. I did think of the Celestial wrap. But it doesn't go with the time devise I use in the background.

When I first looked at your avi I was wondering why you had the Scythe on--then I realized you're simulating the collar Time Lords wear! biggrin Clever!

That's what I was going for. I've dropped the Time machine because while the scythe shows up in front, they seem to disappear. I've tried the Celestial wrap, but it acts in front of the scythes. I've changed the outfit to something other from what I had it before.

The Time Machine is hard to use in its backpack form. It tends to turn one's avi into a featureless blur, with all that medium-tone high-detail stuff in the back.

I caught on to that. Which is why it's gone now.

If you want to look officious (which Time Lords frequently were) you could be holding the Christmas Carol sheet, which looks like a scroll in some positions.

I was thinking about it.

Have you entered yet?
I was gonna say, maybe the new Art Nouveau golden disk in the Masterpiece MC would look good with this & maybe even sort of stand in as the collar....?

Ahhhh! I've edited and re-edited the piece and after your comment I realize that something that was intended to be in there wound up getting left out. Oh well. I'm expecting round one with the Time Lady to not work out. I mean to enter this character more than once.

Edit: Just tried the Art Nouveau golden disk. It goes in front of the scythes. And the scythes are the most important part. So it goes in along with the celestial cloak.
