Oh god...the feeling just set in... i'm just bummed and angry now. How can they just leave out an entire major Australian city in favor of bloody Perth? I don't understand. Melbourne has always given Korn their best shows, the best turnouts and the BEST most DEDICATED CROWD you'll see on this side of the hemisphere. It's mroe than 2 days drive to Perth (that's more than $100 worth of petrol not including the accomodation costs), and I can't even afford the $230 to go to Sydney for only 1 night. And NEW ZEALAND? :'(
I'm sorry to say this but for the first time ever, they've let me down (doesn't mean I hate them - but it's like that feeling you feel when your best friend ******** you over, but you'll know they'll redeem themselves somehow). And I'm hoping my little heart out that these dates WILL change, they HAVE to include Melbourne, Victoria and the thousands of fans here. That five-day gap between Sydney and Brissy add hope for a Melbourne show between those days. But right now I'm just crying sad
PLEASE, STOP AT MELBOURNE crying

Well, I like that they're touring, but at the same time, I don't like it. Haven't they been touring like nonstop for like over a year or something by now? I'd rather they work on their next album instead of running around everywhere D= Everybody knows Korn, if they don't like Korn they suck, Korn doesn't NEED to tour T__T I think I'm just being impatient/selfish, but I want a new album. I want proof that all these solo tours and projects and s**t isn't interfering with Korn =/

Wow, I didn't expect this to be so bad... o_o;
Irene: Is there anything I can do to help you? I know our currancy is different, otherwise I would just send any money I could possibly get my hands on. If you can think of anything I can do to help get you to that show, let me know.
DioRte: I understand what you mean, but there are some places in this tour that KoRn's NEVER been to, or hasn't been to for a very very long time. They're just being fair to all of their fans around the world, in my view. Except in Irene's case. :<

Man, I'm sorry Irene, I don't think it's Korn making the stops though. It's their manager. But don't worry, maybe something will change. More tour dates will be added. I mean, Australia is a whole continent, they are most likely gonna add a few more stops.

Thanks for your generous offer though biggrin . Like you said, it's still a draft and anything could happen! At Diorte, Korn are just giving other fans around the world a chance. Fans in the UAE and South Africa for example, it's the first time they get a Korn show ever since the dawn of the band's existence. I understand your position though. at times I'm concerned that they're wearing themselves out (probably a main reason for David taking his hiatus) - but they wouldn't do it if they didn't enjoy it though.

The Korn Effect Man, I'm sorry Irene, I don't think it's Korn making the stops though. It's their manager. But don't worry, maybe something will change. More tour dates will be added. I mean, Australia is a whole continent, they are most likely gonna add a few more stops. You're right Jake sad , damn their manager! DAMN HIM! Yup, we are a whole continent.. but they've only ever done 3 shows in 3 major cities (Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne) at a time when they're here. To see Melbourne not included in this initial list of dates is a tad disheartening though. Nothing against Perth but they're an insignificant township compared to what the city of Melbourne has to offer. And Sydney is such an overrated city, LOL. But agh anyway, Perth and the state of Western Australia deserve a go... after all, they missed out in 2006 -_-. But I just can't get over it... a major city... SHUNNED. I'm still keeping hope though... thanks for the support guys smile

CHIMAIRA, BIOHAZARD AND BLOODSIMPLE ARE SUPPORTING KORN!
I love Chimaira! LOVE THEM biggrin . Bloodsimple are great, newcomers from a couple of years ago and have had a soft spot for them since day one - great that I'll FINALLY see them live with my fave band. Biohazard? Meh I'll probably just have a couple of beers or five when they're on xD... or sit down and just catch me breath before KORN'S set.
