I still need to talk to one of my friends about it, but it's very likely we'll hit the road this summer. Some of the details I've worked out by myself, but as for destinations and the like, I'm going to get together with the two I'm planning it with and figure out where we want to go.
Anyone wanna put down a request for us to stop by? We just might be able to work it in. There's a higher chance if you'll shelter us and maybe even feed us? =D

ooh oooh. Come visit mee~. I can't offer you food or shelter, though. My parents are pretty big nazis about people coming over and eating our foods.. (Might be able to sneak out some snacks, though.)
But a quick stop by would be awesome. :0

Toasty's in-state, so naturally we'll visit you! =D Chances are we'll be starting the trip in the DFW area, so you can be our first official stop on our road trip! ^_^

Lots of places. The general plan so far is to stop and visit Kaylee first, then head north to Kansas, then south-east to Florida, then north to the New York area, then west across a few states until we hit the west coast, travel south from there, then cut east until we hit Texas again.
We're gonna work in stops so we can visit our friends and family, wherever they may be.

I'm sure you could fit Virginia in there. 4laugh We might not be able to give you shelter, but it depends on where we move and when this might happen. We could provide some food, and maybe a few tokes for the road. But bah, it wouldn't' be as fun, unless you could stay the night.
Just keep us up to date on the details. surprised

Chester does have a good point, that IS a lot of gas money.
To conserve money on gas prices ya'll might want to do some research before you go on this trip and find out if any of the regions you are going to have special gasoline additive requirements in the summer. For instance, St. Louis, is considered filthy by the EPA and therefore in the summer our gas prices are higher then others in the region because enviromentally friendly crap has to be added to our gas, thus driving up the prices. So if you can time it so you don't have to buy gas there, it'd be good for your $.

We're well-aware of the gas prices going up like crazy, so I plan on keeping track of the prices over the next few months that follow our general route until we can decide on a finite route to take, then I can have a more accurate idea of how much gas will cost us. The three of us will be trying our hardest to earn some money before July rolls around.
My dog Chevy just came in heat, and should she have puppies, I can sell them because they'll be purebred Yorkshire Terriers. I came up with an idea for my other two friends, since most colleges get out in early May. I figured that if they could get a job at the same place, the younger friend's mom wouldn't have to worry about her kid, because she's got some crazy rules that include no riding with teenage drivers and not having her own license until she's 18, and that won't happen until June 29th.
I've also had the idea of applying for the types of scholarships that don't get paid to the schools, so we can put that money toward the trip.
Also, we're not stopping at Disney World, Chester. The purpose of the trip is to visit friends and family while living as cheaply as possible. I've got some family in Florida, Idaho, and California. Maybe even Tennessee, but I'm not sure.
Disturbed, naturally I'll keep everyone updated who wants us to stop by. Also, Chester, Daytona Beach > Orlando.
