Now, then...Standing around 5'10" and weighing around 125 lbs., Youkou has a nice, if somewhat thin build...which he practically doesn't care about. No, he doesn't think having a good build is important; he'd rather pay attention to something he is interested in. Such as? Such as giving cynical replies to his older brother, or smacking said person's head whenever Soukyuu does something stupid. Stupid to Youkou, at least.
[-] Clothes? What, am I not wearing them?
Typically, Youkou and Soukyuu wear the exact same clothing, down to the smallest details like accessories. What they wear is, more often than not, black and white, with some red and blue and silver. No, they're probably not too picky about what they wear, but they do have clothes that they wouldn't wear. Usually dressed in shirts and pants, Youkou prefers casual to semi-formal looks, though he would occasionally wear something...odd. After all, when you're working in a cosplay cafe, you don't really get to be picky about what you wear.
[-] People seemingly think I look weird...
Youkou is fully aware of the fact that he and his brother do stand out in the middle of a crowd, what with the strange hair and eye color and all, but he doesn't really care about such things. Not that he ever cares about anything. His hair is lavender-colored, with just a slight tint of red, and his eyes are a brownish-orangeish dark red color...which really does make him stand out. Still, Youkou practically doesn't care how he looks. It's not like anything matters to him, anyway.

[-] Annoying? Well, at least I'm honest.
When it comes to holding one's tongue, Youkou is one of those people who doesn't hold back at all. Cynical comebacks and sarcastic replies are to be expected from him on a daily basis, as well as a bluntly honest personality. Yes, he would give you his real opinion, and bluntly. While this makes him annoying to more than a few people, he finds it...fun. Yes, fun.

While Youkou doesn't seem to be interested in anything or seems to be changing his interests every time someone asks, this isn't because he has short attention span. He's just very easily bored and has difficulties having only a set interests. Add his 'why should I care?' attitude and his pessimistic outlook on practically everything and you get the easily bored personage he is now.

And that statement is true. More often than not, Youkou uses physical violence whenever he is angry, ranging from simple punches and kicks to a severe beating-up. Yes, he does lose control whenever he's angry. His speaking turns to screaming, literally, and he wouldn't think twice about utilizing that foul mouth of his. Oh, he curses, yes, and, well...Let's just say he has an extensive vocabulary on such things.

While Youkou may seem harsh to his older brother Soukyuu, he is actually very protective of him, and wouldn't think twice about defending said brother, should the need arise. In fact, when it comes to Soukyuu, he wouldn't even think about his own safety and well-being, effectively deleting the word 'self-preservation' from his dictionary. His protective nature may seem to be somewhat possessive to others who doesn't know their real condition, but, as usual, Youkou just doesn't care.

Ever since childhood, the twins were always raised together, each receiving an equal amount of attention and love from their parents. There weren't much to share however, seeing that their parents had always been busy with their work. The young twins quickly got used to not seeing their parents for days, weeks even, and since they had no one else but the maids and servants, they could only depend on each other. The two brothers practically stuck to each other wherever they went, and while some saw their strong bond as cute, the two of them never saw it that way. The others merely didn't know that their strong bond was born from loneliness, after all. And it wouldn't sound as cute now, would it? Which was why they kept quiet about it.
[-] If only I could rewrite the past...
As they grew up, they did learn a few things the hard way, but none of those lessons were as harsh as the one that would change them forever. When they were only seven, they loved to wander around their mansion at night, scaring the heck out of the maids and servants they happened to get the night shift. They had a penchant for pranks, and they had the brains for it. It wasn't until an accident happened that they stopped. The accident...was rather life-threatening, shall we say, for it involved a maid, carrying dishes, falling down a flight of stairs because the two of them surprised her. Let's just say the outcome...was unpleasant, and it affected the seven-year-olds deeply. While the maid didn't see who it was and the twins vowed to keep their mouths shut about it, they could really never forget it.
[-] Changes are to be expected after such an event...
Years later, Youkou still couldn't forget how he and his brother endangered another's life. He became cynical and sarcastic so that nobody would ever get close to him anymore; that way, he wouldn't accidentally hurt someone important to him, someone that he actually cared about. The plan worked well, too well even, to the point that he practically only has Soukyuu as his friend. He is fully aware that his actions made his brother in the same state as he is, but it wasn't like he could allow his older brother to have another friend. He didn't want somebody hurting the only person he now cares about, which is why he keeps his brother close at all times.
Heck, they even share the same bed.
